Wonderful Condo!

Gorgeously situated Condo in quiet part of Maui. A9 was oceanfront with stunning views. Condo was wonderful, attractive, comfortable, clean and a joy to stay in. We didn't want to leave and are talking about returning next year and renting two oceanfront units. Turtles visited everyday. Private beach had great snorkeling. Grocery store nearby. Management immediately responsive. Highly recommend.

The first time we have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay and we loved it. The kids loved the slide and lazy river, although I wished the piers had be completed bc I have a littler fisherman in the family. The condo was perfect and I was impressed with security. Thanks again we had a great time.

Vacationing with our grands and great grands

This was our first vacation in Panama City and we had a very good time. I highly recommend Regency Towers if you are looking for a place to stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had to call for maintenance one day. The number on our agreement had the number to call. Within an hour, maintenance arrived and solved the problem.

Big beautiful home very clean comfortable. Would stay again . Nice pool hot tub . Only thing I would change . The way master bedroom is located master bathroom window shine morning sunshine rise if early riser 5am light comes in . If you like to sleep in not then room to sleep in . Everything else was very good safe Neighboor

Beautifully furnished condo in great location

Just finished a wonderful stay in a beautifully furnished, well-equipped condo, with very nice facilities. Easy access to a gorgeous stretch of beach and all of the shopping and dining places available at John's Pass were an added plus. The pool area looked to be completely new (or just renovated). Very nice property and a great value.
