Nice beach front condo. The parking garage parking spots are tight for trucks. Need to Replace and buy new pots and pans for cooking. The off site office for check in was inconvenient and was only open from 4-5. It was hard to plan the arrival time due to traffic and construction. The property was well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you guys for such an amazing week. We stayed in these villas 23 years ago for my Nan’s 60th and we just stayed a week in them for our Mum’s 60th. Such a beautiful place that is very special to us all and we will hopefully be back some day in the future!

We stayed with our 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, (kind of long) walk to beach, great view of river with boats and paddle boarders. Pool was small, and basically in the parking lot. Unit had all the amenities, but living room furniture and baths could use some revamping. Management company was great to work with. If you don't need to be right on Folly Beach, this was fine.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was as advertised in pictures and description. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway. This is truly the perfect Colorado ski home.

We loved our stay here. We were looking for relaxation and we found it. We had everything we needed. It was clean, up to date and nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach and the other places we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the quiet relaxing time we spent on the deck and in the condo when we didn’t go out. We will be back!!
