There was construction that was disclosed however it was ambiguous as to the times and days. We had one day when the workers jumper on our balcony unexpected. We had no blinds or measures to have privacy We should’ve been informed of the date and time that would be happening or some kind of advanced notice That’s is my only issue

We loved the location and all the things that came with the place. The only complaint I have is that the sliding doors to balcony would not lock and there was no way to lock the front door from the inside. This is not child friendly when they could get up in the middle of the night and just walk out to balcony or the front door. Other then that it was a great stay.

The Somerset is a beautiful condo that is well maintained and is perfectly located on the South Beach of Marco Island. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and the sunsets are phenomenal. The owner Mark is great to work with and will help do whatever he can to make your stay the best. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo at Lizzie Court was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was great-- easily accessible to downtown and wine country. The folks at iTrip went the extra mile to welcome us and were readily available to answer questions. I will definitely book through iTrip again

The house was really convenient to all of our downtown Denver appointments. We were never more than 15-20 minutes away from any downtown Denver location. We enjoyed walking the Cherry Creek path and viewing all of the fall colors along the path which is located directly behind the house. Cherry Creek shopping and restaurants were also 15 minutes away.
