Resort employees are friendly and helpful. Pools/hot tub well kept and clean. Units are updated and spacious (we had an end unit). Property is very secure. Great perk to have access to bay and gulf. Of course the beach is second to none with private access and plenty of loungers.

Had never been to gulf side of Florida. This condo looked great in advertisement and it was just as advertised. The check in process was painless and parking spot was conveniently located below unit. This first floor unit overlooks the pool area and ocean. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Omg if you have the opportunity to stay at The Warlock House, DO IT!!! This house is AMAZING! The decor is spooky fabulosity at its finest. The owners are great. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Plus it’s walking distance to almost everything, which was a plus bc my friend and I didn’t drive here or rent a car… Normally people say “Chefs Kiss!” But I will say “Ghosts Kiss!”

Nice location. Pretty home. The things I would change and found disappointing Sofa bed in bunk house ready for the curb, flood lights in your eyes while trying to sleep because no blinds on windows in front and the dining room table is soooo small for a group. Hot tub was nice and great laundry facilities.

Relaxing Starting Point for Gulf Coast Adventures

We very much enjoyed our home away from home in Bradenton! The house was nicely remodeled, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were wonderful for afternoon and happy hour relaxing. Several beaches and other attractions were reachable in 30 minutes or less. Special thanks to Jerry and the management company for being very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home!
