Impeccably clean & incredible views!

My first impression of this unit was how clean and beautifully decorated it was. It has a wonderful overview of the pool and remarkable partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. My children and friends are interested in renting Unit 2304 in the near future. This would be a great location for them. It has everything! I highly recommend Unit 2304 and give it a 5 STAR rating !

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The drive up and down the mountain is treacherous but once you are there, the views are great! The condo itself is a little dated but clean and comfortable. That did not bother us. Our daughter loved the pool. Overall, we had fun!!! We did see a rattlesnake on the property. Hopefully, the snake was just passing by.

we stayed 5 nights and had a great time. close to park city skiing base area, walking distance, wel equipped condo and kitchen, comfy beds, clean. enjoyed to pool every night after skiing. free PC shuttle right in front of complex.

Fun, convenient location for trip to the mountains!

Highly recommend staying at Simba Run. Not only was the condo clean and well stocked, it could not be in a more convenient location for trips to the mountain or just into the village for dinner. Plus, the complex offers a number of great amenities from a free shuttle (the town bus is also super close), pool/hot-tub and indoor parking. We will definitely look to stay at Simba Run again.

Great family beach vacation!

Our family of 5 stayed at Midnight Cove II May 22-28. We had a great time! The beach was AMAZING and definitely the ranking of #1 beach in America. The condo was clean and well maintained. We were able to pickup groceries at Publix and have all of our breakfasts and lunches their at the condo. The staff was also great to work with. I highly recommend this rental.
