AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Great stay in a spacious condo

We enjoyed how much space we had in this well-appointed condo situated right in the heart of the Village. All the rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The location is quiet with a view of the mountains and mountain bike Pump Track, which was really cool - given we are avid mountain bikers. We hope to come back again. Thanks.

My family and I stayed at the apartment during our ski trip and the place was great. It was on the quiet side of the building which was nice as we didnt have to deal with the noise on the side facing the stroll. It's about a 5min walk to the Whistler gondola and close to shops, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of utensils Check in process at the front desk was easy. I would definitely recommend visitors with young families to stay here.

This place was as described. My family of 4 stayed comfortably and found everything we needed. Location was great, in the middle of the village, only 7-10min walk to the Whistler base gondola and minutes away from many restaurants. My family mostly ordered take-outs. We found one of the shower temp to be warm, but the property management contacted us before we said anything as the previous had reported it. This made me quite happy as they are proactive. Only minor issue is the elevator and garbage room. Elevator was quite busy as they only had 1. Garbage room was a bit of hassle to get to as it was outside of the garage parking gate. I would still give this a 5 star regardless.

I can't say I'd recommend this place. The pull out in the main room was totally broken when we arrived. As a result, my son slept on the window sill. The shower in the ensuite bathroom doesn't work so all used the main bathroom. It has a nice location and quite quiet for being close to the village.

We strive to make the guest experience a positive one and if something falls short we do what we can to address the issue immediately. You did not notify us of any issues during your stay and we were not aware there was even an issue with the sofa bed until your departure as previous guests used it just fine. We stayed in this Eagle Lodge unit for 2 nights. I had my 13-year-old daughter and 4 teenage boys with me. The trip was so the boys could go mountain biking. This was the perfect unit for us! We didn’t have couples and we needed individual beds, since none of the four 15 year old boys wanted to share a bed ?. The 2 twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect and the living room not only had a sofa bed but it also had a window seat that was a good size for sleeping! The unit was very clean and the kitchen & bathrooms were well-stocked. My only suggestion to the owner would be to stock salt and pepper. My only complaint, which is mostly just timing, is that there was no a/c and every day we were there, the temperature was above 30°C (85°F)! The unit is on the top floor and it never cooled down. There are 2 fans, which helped to circulate air, but it was always still really warm. We had a small dog with us and one good thing is the underground parking was always cool. We could let the dog stay in the car during the day while we were wandering the village. Another plus, if you’re driving, is that parking is full-day. So, on your check-in and check-out days, you can still stay in secure parking even when you can’t access the unit. Last thing - Bob, the property manager, was super responsive! There was a problem with the sofa bed and he let us know even before we took the bed out. We also asked for a late check out time and he was able to accommodate us ✨.

I was very happy with this suite as it suited us perfectly for 6 adults. The location was on point & very central. The layout was great & kitchen was well stocked. Very quiet location except for anyone sleeping in the living room on the hide a bed, it was not quiet. Kept hearing a hum & rattling noise coming from the kitchen like the washer was on a spin cycle. Found the rattling coming from the oven racks or anything loose in the cupboards due to the vibration that was heard. Reported it immediately in the morning & was told that it is from the AC Unit in the hallway that was inside the wall off the kitchen. Hopefully this will be looked into & fixed. If bedrooms are only in use, closing the doors prevents from hearing that noise. Other than that, it is a perfect place to stay & will try it again in the future.

Took the family away for the long weekend and couldn't have had a better time. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The staff were very friendly and handled any request in a timely and professional manner. The suite is right in the upper village with a patio and is well positioned so that the late night sounds of revelers doesn't create a disturbance. Two bathrooms (one with a full shower/tub and the other with a shower) made it easy for everyone to get up and ready each morning. Would definitely recommend and personal rebook.

The Bad, THE REALLY GOOD, And The Ugly!!!!

Check-In- Was a really negative experience for both my daughter and myself. Sean, the staff person greeted us in a very lukewarm manner. We both found him to be very condescending, indifferent, and lacking in excellent customer service skills. We arrived at 3:20 and were told by Sean that we could not check in until 4:00 pm. Sean also told us we could park in the underground parking space right away. We came back at 3:50, Sean relented and gave us the entry cards to the condo. When we entered the condo it was quite warm, the windows were shut, and blinds drawn. It was obvious to us both that the condo had been cleaned much earlier. THE CONDO - definitely earned 5 STARS from us both. It is well decorated, very clean, has a good lay out, and was stocked with all the necessary items needed. As well, the condo is centrally located in the village to all the stores, restaurants, pubs, and other amenities. THE DISRUPTION- On Wed. morning at around 10:30, two men knocked on our door, asking to come in for only a few minutes to check for venting for the future installation of air conditioning. Unfortunately, the few minutes turned in to close to an hour. I feel strongly that entry into the condo to do this could have been done when it was not occupied, in order to not inconvenience us. We are sorry your experience was negative but that is not the usual impression, do not want the start of anyones vacation to be negative. However we are glad you enjoyed the apartment and were happy with the location - sounds like you still enjoyed Whistler for all it has to offer. The repairman was suppose to come at a different time but there was a miscommunication with that and it also has been dealt with. Hope you had a safe travels home

GREAT CONDO IN WHISTLER VILLAGE!

The twin beds were very comfy, but my ONLY complaint is the queen bed--way too soft for us--I was up at 6am every morning because my back hurt. That being said, maybe some people love a super soft bed. My husband and I are used to a medium-firm mattress. The kitchen had adequate amenities for cooking simple breakfasts. We were a party of 3 and could easily enjoy breakfast on the barstools at the kitchen counter (no table), but not sure how well it would work for more than 4 people since there were only 4 barstools. We enjoyed the fireplace every evening and the unit stayed so warm, we pretty much turned the heaters off at night. Everything worked in the unit....heaters, fireplace, lights, dishwasher, TVs, WiFi, good water pressure in the bathrooms, parking garage with an elevator that took us to the condo unit. Great location...10 min. walk to the Excalibur gondola and less time to lots of restaurants and loads of shopping in the lower village. We'd definitely stay here again.

This condo served our family very well. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of it all. The beds were very comfortable. The window seat was a wonderful place to hang out and read. It was comfortable temperature wise as long as the windows were open. It got loud at night with some construction and people walking/yelling. At some point, it sounded like they were putting together a farmers market at 2:00am. When it was quiet, we were able to sleep well. Having the laundry machine there was a huge bonus for our family.

Perfect place in Whistler Village! In the heart of restaurants and shops. Great location wind everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. We went in July which we had beautiful weather! We kept the windows open all day since it was a brbwarmer than usual. This place is decorated and kept up really nice. It was great that we had a washer and dryer as well for our stay. We hope to come back during ski season!

Our family arrived for a vacation in Whistler - our first ever visit. Check in was a breeze and the staff gave us awesome tips on local points of interest. The condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities we could ask for. This place is right in the heart of the action and we will definitely come back! Our only suggestion would be to ask that the building, not the unit, be cleaned more regularly. There was an inch of dust on the window sill. The only reason we didn't give five stars

The apartment was very comfortable and in an extremely convenient location. Would have expected a mid stay clean including changing of bedding for a stay of 10 days. Lucky we could wash and dry our towels over that time. Missing simple courtesies including instructions for appliances. Would recommend to anyone looking for the “stay in village “ experience. Reception staff courteous and helpful.

We recently stayed here during our spring break trip - husband and two teenaged boys. The condo is clean, modern and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Check-in was easy and parking was convenient (although $15 CDN/day). The walk to the lifts seemed longish the first day but was very manageable. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby, and groceries also within walking distance.

Nice Condo, great view but minor issues

The condo was well located and had a beautiful view of Blackcomb mountain. We did have some minor issues which warrant a 4 star review. - The condo is noisier than we expected due to the nearby presence of some sort of utility fan for the building. The deep vibration is most notable at night and if the glasses are touching in the cabinet they vibrate as well. -The living room while tastefully decorated was smaller than we expected. -There was little usable storage drawers in the master as one drawer in the chest was broken and all of the other ones were largely inaccessible due to the drawers not being able to open more than a few inches (since they would hit the closet wall). Simple shelves would have worked far better. - There were only 3 mugs for the unit so we had to buy another one to use during our trip. -The sink drains were broken/improperly installed so you had to take the metal stopper out in both sinks for it to drain. - I raised the broken drawer/sink issues during our stay and didn't hear back. - The cleaning staff didn't clean under the beds very well as my 3 year old produced a DayQuil liquigel pill from under the master bed. - Bribing with a Gift card for a 5-star review is dishonest. Other than that, the Eagle lodge unit was nicely renovated, very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Thanks, -R

We took my daughter and my Australian son-in-law to Whistler for a few days before Xmas. The location of Eagle Lodge was perfect - walk out the door and you are only steps from everything. We appreciated that the suite had been recently renovated and the layout gave us plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. We would definitely come back and stay in this unit.

Great location close to many restaurants - just off the village stroll. Clean two bedroom condo, with very comfortable beds. Close to the Olympic park with a tobagan hill and skating area. Outdoor playground was enjoyed by my grand children. I would recommend to the owner to buy a few more coffee cups. There was only 3 coffee mugs and a few teacups for four adults. Vacation was enjoyed by all.

Village Charm - beautiful renovated condo

Great location, right on the Village Stroll. Crisp, modern style with the warmth of a Chalet. Highly efficient use of all the spaces, and the ideal balance between functional and beautiful. We loved the window seat. The high quality mattress and bedroom on the quiet side helped us sleep very well. The next morning it took us only a 2 minutes walk from the condo to one of the best places for breakfast. We feel this condo deserves 5 stars. The Koomils

We stayed for 5 nights. There were four of us in the place which allowed for the perfect amount of room. The layout is great as well as in both rooms are in different areas of the condo (not side by side). Eagle lodge is conveniently located in Whistler Village too which was perfect for us. Although there was no AC in the condo, fans were provided which we definitely needed. Parking is a bit expensive at $15/day, and we had two vehicles too so it added up. However, I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great stay.
