Wonderful stay

This condo is perfect for/up to a family of 4. It‘s close to everything (beach, Publix, Trolley) and very well equipped. Everything was clean and spotless on arrival and I like the idea of leaving behind things for the next guest (coffee filters, detergent) instead of throwing it away. We will be back here for sure to enjoy our favorite place ob earth.

Perfect vacation! Close to the beach. Close to shopping. Big enough to share with friends/family. Small enough to enjoy quiet space. Near many great restaurants. Large enough kitchen to cook with friends. I hope to book again for another time away.

This is the second winter we have stayed in Broadmoor 602 and can't say enough good things about it. The unit is very tastefully decorated and has very comfortable beds and furniture. We have already rebooked for winter 2016. The management as well as condo owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We give it 5 *****

Fell in love with these little cottages . I love that I was right on the beach. I like having the comforts of a home and all I have to do is bring my luggage and food. The kitchen had everything I needed to make great meals....and Publix was right across the street.
