This is our second time renting the Palms 303. The location is great. The Publix next door is nice. But remember if you walk over you have to carry it all back. The fishing was fun off the back dock. Grandkids love the pool. Nice view of the beach. The elevator is hot and slow but you just have to be patient. We will be back next year.

Great location on the beach with recreation path for ease of walking. Stores and restaurants nearby. Fantastic views from the balcony. South Beach Condo property is clean, pool and grounds are fantastic. Condo itself can use some updated kitchen chairs and barstools and a deep cleaning.

This is our second time staying at this facility. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is quiet with quick access to the beach. The unit is clean (although it could do with a deep clean, for example the blinds need wiping down, and the patio window needs washing, as examples - it is what I do for a living though, so I notice these things). We will return again next year God willing. Thank you iTrip.

A Golden Retreat met all of our expectations. It was clean, well-equipped, with comfortable mattresses, a great view, 7 beach chairs, sand toys, functional 6 and 4 person golf carts. Would definitely rent again.

Our recent trip to Maui was perfect. Condo provided through "itrip" was clean and presented well. Great communication when we needed it! We will refer them and be back!!! Aloha! Shannon (a little starter pack of coffee might have made it a "SIX" star for those of us that arrived very late... :) )
