We really enjoyed our Breck getaway. Really liked the condo and the location. There were a couple of things that weren’t perfect. The construction in the entrance and hallways was smelly and messy. Not sure if the condo accepts pets, but I had constant allergic reaction to something. Also, some updating is in order. These things being said, we would actually stay again.

We enjoyed our week at Mermaid’s Folly. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped and extra beach towels were appreciated. My only complaint is the washing machine had a lot of mold growing in it but otherwise a clean house.

Fantastic place to stay. Can’t beat this location. Ocean views from the balcony and just steps from the amazing Treasure Island beach. The unit is spacious, clean and well stocked. Lots to do and see within walking distance. The grocery store next door is a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

An amazing getaway!

My husband and I needed to get out of our city for a bit. Since he mentioned wanting to go back to Naples I decided to book this condo for our stay. The room is absolutely beautiful, clean and has the most breathtaking view of the Gulf. Not to mention the fact that you’re steps away from the beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

Wr had a great time the condo was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. It was a family vacation and we couldn't have asked for more. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would do it again!!!
