We had a wonderful stay! The home and location were just perfect! We enjoyed using the pool and spa on days we didn’t trek over to Vanderbilt Beach. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable and that was so welcoming in these times! We are thankful for the use of your home and will return!!

I just returned from a 4 day get away in Sanibel! Booking this trip was a breeze, the set up through iTrip seemless and all around extremely easy- everything a vacation should be! (Thank you John!). The condo was beautiful, nicely appointed, super convenient location to the beach, and everything you need ( love the keyless lock-love it!). Will be back!

The experience my fiancé and I had was wonderful. The house was very clean and the location was awesome. I invited my family down for an awesome treat, they loved every moment of it. I would recommend this home for anyone who just to get away and will of course come back!!!

My wife and I are in our 30’s and this was not only our anniversary vacation, but our first vacation alone and without kids. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Great views, all the amenities we needed and the private community and beach was perfect.

Great location. Very clean. Amazing time.

The condo was very clean and updated. Its location was great as we were wanting to avoid the Spring Break crowd but wanted beach time. The lagoon offered some nice fishing opportunities for my son and the pool was nice to relax in. The only down side to the entire trip was when the door blew open from some high gusts in the middle of the night.
