Overall the unit was in very good condition. One issue is the living room sliding glass door that needs to be repaired or replaced. Very difficult to open/close the door. The glass seal is obviously broken as evidenced by the air/water intrusion between the glass panes. We used the bedroom slider to access the balcony.

It was the perfect getaway. House is adorable, well outfitted and very clean! Great deck for hanging out, reading or having a cocktail together. Really enjoyed being on a dog friendly beach! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this condo and the one next door for a large group of adults attending a wedding in town. The location was perfect for us to hang out all together and each couple still had their own space. Convenient location to downtown and a bus stop for the free bus to deer valley and kimball Junction. Host was communicative and answered any questions we had.

Had a great experience with iTrip and the condo. It was clean and an overall good experience. One recommendation regarding linens: they are very, very limited so if you need extra bring your own. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Other than that, great experience and very nice unit! Thanks!

Absolutely adorable! We stayed here for a wedding at Boone Hall and it was truly the perfect location. The house was so clean and adorable. We would rent it again and again!
