We recently rented unit #506 at Phoenix IX. We had a wonderful time. The condo is decorated very nice and a well supplied kitchen. We always like to book this condo. We loved our stay at Smoky’s overlook! It was clean and cozy. The cabin is very secluded and there were tons of bears to watch— which was a huge plus for our kiddos. The roads up there are a little nerve wracking the first time, and in the rain. Tons of twists and turns — so be prepared to go slow. The management was very responsive and kind! Overall great experience!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway to steamboat springs. Although we came in the summer we’d definitely consider renting again in the winter months as it’s so close to the slopes. Easy communication, smooth check-in/out. Thanks again iTrip!

When I walked in, I was in awe as to how clean the place was. I normally don’t walk barefooted on the floor, but I could in this unit. It was so clean, beautifully designed, and had a magnificent view! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting nice and private location but still close to town and things to do. House was very open and kid friendly for my littles. My 5 yr old loved the kids room and huge yard to run around in. House had everything we needed and lots of space for my family of 6. Would deffinantly stay again and recommend to family amd friend's. Lovely experience for our family.
