Lovely little condo with a cottage feel, steps from the beach.kitchen is well stocked and bed is not my own but quite comfortable. More than enough linens for the two of us and plenty of toiletries. We have already booked our next stay!

Just finished a week at unit 166. LOVELY unit - stayed with my 3 boys and had a fantastic time! Perfect location and Napili Shores is amazing! Unit is well equipped with everything you need for you and your family! Only thing I would add - is maybe a TV in the bedroom. After a long day in the sun and kiddos' are in the living room sleeping hard to watch TV. WILL BE BACK!!

Surf Perch Review, St Augustine

Thanks for a tremendous stay at the Surf Perch, conveniently located a block from the beach made this a great place to stay. Plenty of space for kids to relax and 3 good sized bedrooms to accommodate family of 5. St Augustine is a great place to visit and Surf Perch is an ideal place to utilize to venture out to see the sights of St Augustine or laze around on the nearby beautiful beach.

Great getaway for the week. Walking distance to tons of stores and restaurants. Cabanas available daily at the beach. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for. We had a great time and cannot wait to come back !!

The place was nice except the bedsheets smell like a perspiration. I am so glad that I brought bedsheets from home. I am just wondering if you can use a better laundering service. But the bedsheets need definitely a replacement. Furthermore the rest was nice. The views from the place was very nice.
