Beautiful home with lots of space. Between the Garage Apartment and Main house, our group of 12 had plenty of room! We loved the large dining table and sunroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Lake was a quick 10 minute-trip. Will definitely be back.

Loved Free Ski Rental & Bus

Stayed over Sundance Festival. The place has anything you could need. Plenty of space to sleep and everything you’d need in a kitchen to cook. Loved having the free ski rental! Super helpful. About a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 20 minute walk to Kimbal Junction for groceries and restaurants. Overall pretty cozy place.

The property was great. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The supermarket Baileys was right around the corner. bike path right outside the door and on a great beach . Havent been there in 27yrs and forgot how beautiful it is.

The house was perfect for our few days stay. A/C worked great and plenty of room. Just a short walk across the bridge to historic downtown St Augustine. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

The room is spacious and fits our family of 6 perfectly. Clean and we’ll take. Care of very convenient to the lifts. Super easy ski vacation w 4 kids. I would advocate for adding one baking sheet and one larger frying pan in the kitchen! Everything else is great. Check in was super easy.
