Very relaxing place

Very quiet place with a wonderful view. We saw Dolphins from the balcony nearly every day. Condo very clean and more than enough space for our four people family. Publix next door made life very easy. Beach across the street. All in all a great vacation place. We will be back. :-)

Our stay in Kim's apartment was beyond wonderful! It was very clean and modern. It was in a very peaceful building and the view from the porch was breathtaking! Unfortunately we stayed at the off season so we didn't get a chance to ride the lift or other winter activities but I will be back and I will stay here again! The fireplace was a nice touch too.

We had a wonderful visit, the view could not be beat! The condo was perfect for our family vacation and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Totally enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to just about everything. Response when an issue came up was quick and resolved problem quickly. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need as far as cooking goes. Would definitely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The locale is so perfect. Access to the beach is immediate and convenient. Great sidewalks for walking, and Mandy could not have been more helpful and accessible. We are surely going to make this an annual yhing.
