Lovely Condo and Location shame about several issues with Condo

Lovely condo and complex and location just a shame about several Maintenance issues with condo, however Diane, Condo Cleaner and Maintenance Man excellent. Condo owners need to sort out Maintenance issues as deeply impacted our holiday enjoyment.Hence will not return to Beautiful Clearwater or book via VRBO again as 60th Birthday utterly ruined.

Don't believe that you will receive a Delta gift card as part of your renting a condo. We rented a condo Feb 2018 and were promised a $300 Delta gift card in the ad, and confirmed that we would receive one once we had fully paid for the condo rental by Laura at iTrip Vacations. Well it's June and still no card.

Our family recently stayed at Las Brisas and loved it!! The condo was very clean and spacious and the view was gorgeous. Great location too-within walking distance to John's Pass Boardwalk. Wonderful beach area at the condo also. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for small family

We loved the location! The proximity to gondola, restaurants, small grocery stores, running trails could not be beat. The outdoor pool was warmer than Pan Pacific =) In home amenities such as games and Netflix subscription were great. The ski storage was easy and reception staff very helpful. We will come back!

Our stay in Kim's apartment was beyond wonderful! It was very clean and modern. It was in a very peaceful building and the view from the porch was breathtaking! Unfortunately we stayed at the off season so we didn't get a chance to ride the lift or other winter activities but I will be back and I will stay here again! The fireplace was a nice touch too.
