As an admitted neat freak and germaphobe we were pleasantly surprised at how pristine the condo was. A really great place very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed sunsets from the windows and out on the second floor deck. We had a great time and Sanibel is beautiful around the holidays.

This condo was perfect. Great location at the foot of the bridge that leads to the gorgeous beach and the center of town. Very clean, plenty of room, nice floor plan. And just a short drive to Charleston. The property manager was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely come to Folly Beach and rent this condo again! Thanks for a "Folly" good time!

The house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It’s not even a 5 min walk to the beach. The house comes equipped with all the things you’d need at the house and at the beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and make the stay a breeze!

This is a true hiding gem. The owner, Kevin is very accommodating. We all came into attend my Grandmother’s funeral and needed a place to stay. We are so glad to have found these beautifully decorated and clean homes. We will recommend these homes to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Communicating with Kevin is like talking to a family member. Thank you Kevin and God bless!!

The location of the home was amazing - close to everything we could want to do while visiting St. Augustine (beach, exploring the city, shopping, dining, etc.). The house was so clean and the backyard was a beautiful. We had such a great time on this family trip and loved having such an amazing house to stay at!
