This property is awesome! Everything you need or could possibly want in a vacation rental. Great location, great views, very quiet, family oriented, great pool, very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need for a weeks vacation!!! I highly recommend this property and for the value it cannot be beat! I guarantee there is no better vacation rental anywhere!

Thank you! The Bracket cottage is a beautiful house. Everything works. The master bedroom is very comfortable. Although the other 2 twin rooms ( with trundled beds) are small, the toilet is good size for a family. We enjoyed this stay, walking to groceries, lobster rolls and muffins for all necessary comforts.

We totally enjoyed our week at 303! It was perfect accommodations for my husband and I. The location was ideal, the pool was refreshing and clean, the peacefulness on the balcony.... and that ocean! Watching the dolphins, birds and magnificent sunsets, need I say more? We would definitely return! We didn't want to leave! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The condo was just as the pics described, and upon arrival, it was very neat and tidy. The beach is literally just a very short walk through a gate, and it is located in close proximity to anything one would need. No issues at all, and the hosts are very accommodating.

This condo was amazing. The place is beautiful. The views are amazing. We came to enjoy my sons baseball tournament & wish we had more time to actually stay IN the condo. The place wasn’t as pricey as I thought it would be considering that it was so big & beautiful. Loved the kitchen. We were able to save money by cooking breakfast & dinner.
