We had a group of friends coming into town to visit and wanted a place close to our house for them to stay. This was perfect!! Everything was easy from start to finish. They were able to easily get us an early check-in, left us wine and chocolate, super clean, etc. Happy to have this rental so close for the future!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Mermaid Cottage. It is in a quiet neighborhood with all of the thoughtful touches that are needed and wanted, away from home. The kitchen is ample, common spaces cozy and bedrooms above and beyond. It is also close to downtown and convenient for sight-seeing. I highly recommend this location for your next St. Augustine stay. I certainly hope I’ll return!!

This condo was clean and nicely appointed with a beautiful mountain, pond and waterfall view. Rozet was great to work with, readily available and pleasantly responsive to our requests. Our only complaint would be the noisy and messy geese that in habit the area.

We loved staying at the elk lodge - aptly named since we frequently saw elk walking by. The house was perfect, equipped with a bunk room, hot tub and huge kitchen. We had issues with the heating, but that issue was quickly resolved by Chris. A TV on the main floor would have been nice, but the fireplace and couch are a nice place to relax. Not great if you’re avoiding cars, but beautiful views.

Unit 809 is a beautiful and very clean condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked with service for a large group of 10-12. The condo was beautifully decorated and all beds were very comfortable. My group of six had a wonderful stay.
