We rented this for our annual summer trip because our condo is under renovation. We had a very nice stay! It was very clean, plenty of towels and all of the amenities we could need. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect for us!

Our group consisted of 3 teenagers and 2 adults and it worked perfectly. Boys shared a bunk bed, daughter had her own room, and we parents had a separate bathroom (yaaay!); all comfortable and well-kept. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, we stayed busy and definitely couldn’t have been happier.

This unit is a very nice place to spend a relaxing span of time. It accommodates 6 people easily and more using the pull-out bed. The kitchen has been updated. We had zero issues with the check in process. Beautiful beaches are a short walk from the place. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the bay.

Spring break in Pagosa Springs

This was my first time to Pagosa springs but this place couldn’t have been more perfect. Perfect for our family of 5 and my brother’s girlfriend. We had plenty of space and honestly felt like I was in a hallmark movie. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to having a quiet getaway but easy access to get to town or go ski in wolf creek. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location with All the Comforts of Home

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend/week and the cottage had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking all the sites of St. Augustine and allowed to to come and go as we pleased to take a break, eat, and just relax with all the comforts of home. Having kids, the washer and driver and parking was a big plus. We will stay here again!
