I came to itrip cause of this place. Absolutely the best! Great hosts and the place was accommodating. I found don’t be afraid to ask for anything you need with itrip. They are there. Best beyond the rest. I so loved cooking in that kitchen! It was the heart of that place. I loved the sounds of nature as well around there. Just lovely!

We came to St Augustine for a relaxing getaway and got just that! This house was everything it advertised and more! With a large back yard it provides a great pool and plenty of seating both for lounging by the pool and shaded under the porch!! The house was very updated and spotless! We were happy to stay at the house all weekend! Will keep this house in mind for future trips!!

We’ve been staying in the Grand Pavilion homes for the last five years and this one was the best! Not only is it updated and tastefully decorated, it was so well stocked, every bed was very comfortable, and truly had everything you could need. Pet peeve in rentals is no hooks or racks in the bathrooms.. every bathroom had plenty!

In all my travels, this is one of the best condos by far I've stayed in. Only downfall was the pool was out while we were there and they were still working on this condo building from a year ago. However, this did not take away from our stay. Many amenities, beautiful condo, lots of space and centrally located. Bay on one side, beach on the other. Can't get much better.

My family had the best vacation ever! So glad we didn't stay in the heart of Panama City although it was a short drive when we did go in to town. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location right on the beach :) The kids loved running back and forth between the pool and the beach. We will defintely be booking in this area again next year!
