The condo was decorated so very nicely. We had everything we needed to cook both breakfast and lunch. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Im not sure of the origin of the odor. It was a musty/urine type smell. Other than that, everything was great.

Kimball Lodge 305 is the perfect place to stay on Sanibel, which is like a visit to paradise. Access to and view of the beach couldn't get much better, with shops, restaurants and wildlife a short bike ride away. The condo is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including a cooler and other beach items. We recommend it highly and hope to stay here again on return trips to Sanibel.

Great place to stay! Awesome view, clean place. Beach was great. ITrip had everything ready when we got there check in check out was simple. Will definitely use ITrip again and if I go back to Myrtle beach area I will stay in same place

My wife and I stayed at Grand Isle for an anniversary trip and everything about it was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved having The Perfect Pig right below and the beach right across the street. Thanks for an amazing trip.

Our time at 925E Eagle drive was excellent! This home is well laid out with lots of room! We were all very surprised and pleased at how well the kitchen is stocked! More than enough utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans for every need. This home is very open with lots of natural light! We were all thoroughly pleased with our stay and would stay here again! thank you!
