Your family and friends will love you for booking this property. It has something for everyone. This home is beautifully situated in the City of La Quinta. The patio connects to a large grass-landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is each room has a TV, including the patio and the playroom. Comfortable and entertaining, this place has what you are looking for to enjoy your time in the desert.

Each of the three bedrooms has a connected bathroom and a TV, and one room has an outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & the other two bedrooms both have Queens.

The living room has a top-end video and surround-sound system, including a DVR to record your favorite shows. Wi-Fi, of course!

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for great meals and entertainment.

The adults and kids will have a great time in the game room playing ping pong and watching their favorite team or show simultaneously. You can also relax on the patio and let the world's problems slip away while sipping your favorite drink.

If you are a golfer, then this will be Mecca! Over 120 golf courses are in and around the surrounding area.

Enjoy world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played close by at PGA West, and held at the end of January. See some top golfers and well-known celebrities. Or, if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. This was the best vacation ever. The place had EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. The Pool is nearby and the family really enjoyed it...a bit hot, so the pool felt great! We highly recommend and will tell all our friends and family! We WILL BE BACK! The management team was amazing! - Lizzy

Horizon Palms Condo Review

I stayed at this condo in March and found it very comfortable, clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. it is located close to eating, shopping, and hiking so we could go out on our daily excusions. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us lots of room to spread out when family members stayed with me for several days. The weather wasn't sunny but there were a couple of days we could sit in the sun in back of the condo but it was too cold for swimming. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. The washing machine broke while I was there, and they readily replaced it with a new one. I received in advance clear, concise instructions on checking in, checking out and other actions I needed to do. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a short time early Jan. and found everything to be just fine and lovely. The neighborhood was extremely quite and all instructions well provided to enter the property. We only prepared breakfasts, but the kitchen was very well stocked with all things needed to prepare more, and the Walmart so close by was so easy to get to and pick up essentials. It was especially nice to have the 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms - no waiting for anyone to finish the shower! We simply wanted to relax and explore the nearby desert parks. Definately a recommend.

Overpriced

Condo needs updating, was not clean in many places. Does not get any winter sun. Beds were comfortable. Ample storage. Excellent televisions. Area carpet was filthy in kitchen. Appliances were fine. Lack of cooking utensils. Couch smelled musty. Windows, inside, dirty. Closest pool is unheated. Grounds are well kept. Owner was helpful when we couldn't get in the condo due to information from iTrips. (at night). Wooden or laminated floors, not sure, poorly done, with gaps and areas lifting in kitchen. We were very disappointed overall.

Perfect stay, exactly what we needed!

The home is beautifully furnished and has tons of space to sleep many friends, so our entire group was able to fit without compromising price. There is access to a big backyard and multiple pools, and plenty of space for parking. The owner accommodated our every need, and there was plenty of essentials stocked in the house (toiletries, paper products, dish ware, linens, etc). Would definitely return, we had so much fun!

Found this little gem for our Desert Trip getaway and we couldn't have been happier! First class service and very nice folks .....loved the little snacks they left for us...really nice touch! The home was very tidy and nicely appointed. Great floor plan for multiple guests and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were all squared away and were even very accommodating when we wanted to arrive early. Will definitely look for this place again on or next trip to Indio!!

Spent a week with friends at this charming house recently. The place was very comfortable and cozy and supplied with everything we could want. It was so nice to come home to this beautiful house after a long day of hiking. But the best was that when I accidentally left my jacket and iPad when i moved out, I notified Cindi in a panic and she sent them to me right away. I received them 3 days after I got home. That was such excellent service - above and beyond what I would expect. I'd highly recommend this house and this management company.

Located close to the Indian Wells Tennis complex which made attending BNP tournament easy. The condo had everything we needed for our one week stay and the complex was safe with many friendly people. Will definitely consider staying here again next year. Very roomy with three bedrooms and three bathrooms which easily accommodates 4+ people, young and old.

Although the condo could use some updating, everything is in good shape and very well equipped. To us, one of the strongest points is the north facing casita. It opens on a sizable grass yard with a community poll in the center of a ring of condos. We could sit in the shade all day, because it faces north. Many places have a wall close to the casita and it can close you in too much, so this was great. The location is nice. Close to major routes thru the Coachella Valley and near a couple large shopping areas, but in a very quiet gated community. We rarely saw or heard our neighbors. There is a central community pool that is heated, and even on the warmest days, that was welcome. The negatives were minor. The floors are bare laminate flooring, with only a couple small area carpets, so the floors are cold, but that wasn't a big issue. Bring a pair of slippers. Some of the fixtures were dated and a little worn, but not enough to really be a problem. We're considering returning another year.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well furnished and in a good location.The best feature was the covered patio, overlooking a nicely landscaped area and a community pool. It was a very quiet development while we were there. The condo needs some updating and minor repairs. We spoke to the management company about this. The bedding needs replacing, along with the blinds over the sliding doors, A chair on the patio needs repair but all in all, it is a nice , comfortable condo. The management was very responsive to our needs,

The house was everything we needed for our Holiday family visit. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The living room / dinning and patio were great for entertaining, and the ping pong and darts in the garage provided lots fun. We really liked the way the pool was set up fairly private for the people in the circle of homes. Thanks to Cindi for her quick response to our inability to figure out the gate card and opener. looking forward to staying here again.

We actually stayed at this property for 3 months. It was a perfect way to spend the winter months. The gated community was ideal. It was always very quiet, even at weekends, and the pool, one of four, is just steps away from the patio. There was more than enough room for just the two of us and when we had guests stay for a week it was no stretch at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes left in the garage for our use and had great fun with the table tennis. As might be expected, there were a couple of small problems that materialized over the course of 3 months, just like you would get at home, but they were dealt with really quickly and efficiently by Dan who was always just a phone call or an email away.
