My wife and I stayed here at the Manatee house with my mother and father in law. It was a very nice, relaxing atmosphere. It had a nice lay out and we found it very comfortable. Everything in the home is in excellent condition. I highly recommend it!

The Penthouse was FABULOUS. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach and also enjoyed the view from the porch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, as was the kitchen. The welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The hosts were readily available when questions came up.

This was our favorite place we have stayed. We come every year for a high school baseball tournament. This is where my coaching staff and our families stayed. Very quiet and big enough for all 3 of our families. We hope we can stay here again next year.

This was the third year my mother, sister and I have stayed in this unit, and we absolutely love it! The new washer and dryer are great as is the coffee pot/Keurig combo appliance in the kitchen. When we had an issue with the television (operator error), someone was sent to help us. Highly recommend Emerald Dunes #101!

WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY CONDOS IN FT MYERS AND THIS CONDO WAS THE BEST FOR US. VERY CLEAN, HAD MANY AMENITIES AND OF COURSE WAS JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN AND MANY BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANTS. WE WILL CERTAINLY BOOK AGAIN ON OUR NEXT VACATION.
