The house was perfect! Loved having the pool in the backyard - spent more time there than the beach. Couldnt find anything the house was lacking. Cooked several meals there, and provided plenty of towels for our stay. Had a nice text at the beginning of the trip from iTrip to make sure I had a contact number in case we need anything.

We did not receive the unit number or directions for getting into our unit until the sales people called the owner. We still haven’t received instructions of how to check out. The one bed is very marginal and hard to roll over or get in or out of. The adult pool was quite dirty on the bottom. We ran out of toilet paper.

My family loved this condo complex. This is our 2nd year going to Perdido Key and we have stayed in the same complex both times. Great location, condo was fantastic, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful if we had any questions about the area. Loved this place and we will definitely be returning!

Our trip to Snowmass for a family wedding in late June- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to snowmass mall, take the gondola to basecamp, or catch the shuttle to the grocery. The condo was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could not have asked for anything more.

We traveled to Austin for a change of scenery and loved this house. It offered plenty of room for all of the adults (10), kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Pictures were a true representation of the home. Went to the Lake one day - a quick 15 minutes from the house, so good location. We will be back, for sure.
