Well-managed, nicely-appointed, very scenic unit. If you're concerned about pandemic precautions, this property seemed reasonably good with folks wearing masks on elevators or not crowding into indoor spaces. The area was pretty hit-or-miss in this regard, but the property was fine.

House was great, fantastic views and down the street from a bunch of wineries. Also close to town if you were looking to go out for dinner or pick up groceries. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach! Condo was very clean, and in a great location, love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. We were steps from the beach and steps from all the best restaurants and bars. Even though the condo is located in downtown Folly, we didn't have any issues with noise. We'd love to come back to Folly and stay here again!

We loved our stay in this unit again. Great location, clean and well maintained. And that balcony! We could sit out there for hours if not for all of the other things to do. Across the street from the beach. Really enjoyed the Sanding Ovations. We’ll be back soon!

We really enjoy working with you. Your properties have been very well maintained. You are very responsive to our requests. Any problems which are few are taken care of quickly. Two suggestions for the property are to replace the mattresses with firmer ones and to replace worn skillets and non-stick utensils.
