What an incredible place! We stayed in this home with two of our business partners and spouses. The layout (each bedroom with its own bath), den, decks, gourmet kitchen, view, etc, was wonderful! We have stayed in many different places in Avon, and by far this one exceeded all of the rest! If this town home is available for our next trip - we will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in #203. The first time a friend invited me, and this time I brought her as my guest. The location of this condo is wonderful. A corner unit in a complex with only 18 units, which means the pool is never crowded. The condo is well furnished, the master bedroom has an updated large shower. Our favorite is the view from the spacious balcony.

We just had our family of 5 but there are 2 true primary bedrooms with bath and sleeping spots for 5 more. Location is great and the screened porch leading out to the good green space for throwing the football is perfect. Riding bikes in the neighborhood is fun and having a golf cart is a must. House is super cute and well appointed.

The bunk beds were too small for anybody over 5'5. This should have been noted in the description. Neither of my kids, son is 6'1 daughter is 5'9 could fit comfortably. Other than that it was great.

This property was just as pictured and morw than expected. My birthday trip included 7 girlfriends. There was more than enough space so there were no fights for the bathroom. We rented a car and Vail Skiing and Adventure Ridge was about a 15 minute drive tops. The property was stocked with everything we needed. The main thing I appreciated was the accessibility of iTrip coordinators.
