This is a dog friendly property, however you must notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply: $35 per day/per pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. NOTE: The HOA has very strict guidelines and implements fines to the owner when excessive barking is reported. If excessive barking is documented during your stay, fines incurred are the responsibly of the dog owner. Dogs can not be left unattended inside or outside the home at any time. If there is any evidence of pet damage (excessive cleaning needed, damage of property or not picking up after your pet in the yard) renter will forfeit $250 deposit and incur any additional costs. If you can not abide by the rules above, please do not book this home. Cats are not allowed in this residence.

This home has three bedrooms, all located on the lower level. Master bedroom has king size bed with flat screen TV and en suite bath. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a twin over full size bunk bed with a twin trundle. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

On the main floor, you will find an open floor plan including large vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining room and living room with a 38” flat screen TV/DVD and queen sofa sleeper. It is perfect for entertaining upstairs while others get some sleep downstairs.

In addition to alpine skiing and snowboarding, you can also enjoy jumping on your cross-country skis or snowshoes and head out to the groomed trails on the golf course. There is a park, only three houses down, with a sledding hill in the winter and a playground in the summer. Go ice skating in Beaver Creek, Avon or Vail Village. Snowmobile the back country. Partake in après ski, listen to live music and enjoy the beautiful sunshine.

In the summer, you can walk out the front door and traverse many hiking trails or go golfing. You can cruise down the mountain on your mountain bike from the house, take your road bike along the river into Vail and, for the ambitious few, take a ride up Vail pass to Black Lakes. Fly fish some of the best waters on the Eagle river which is walking distance from the house. Visit the salt water community pool with fun slides for the kids. Hear live music at the outdoor concerts. Eat at world famous restaurants including our favorite, Matsuhisa. Let's not forget our favorite time of year, the fall, when the leaves change and the mountains light up with shades of yellow, red and orange. Some of the best 'aspen viewing' is between Minturn and Leadville (less than a 10 minute drive from this home).

When not out and about, you can relax at the house next to the stone fireplace, BBQ on the grill, or sit out on the patio in a private backyard with mountain views. This home comes with wireless high speed internet so you can stream movies or music, and surf the web on your iPad or phone.

This home is located in the community of Eagle Vail. EagleVail is a multi-faceted mountain community located in the heart of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County, CO. Minutes from world-class skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. EagleVail's amenities include the EagleVail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3 Golf Course, EagleVail swimming pool, EagleVail Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and trails for both hiking and biking, quality waters nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, and more!

The entrance to Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive west on Highway 6. Vail is just 10 minutes down the road where there's not only some of the best skiing in the world, but world-class shops and restaurants. Summer is loaded with fun activities as well! Enjoy hiking trails in the valley such as Booth Creek Trail where one can see the breathtaking Booth Falls or head up to Lake Constantine via the Fall Creek Trail.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great neighborhood and location

This is a great pet friendly house in a wonderful neighborhood. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and it was nice to meet lots of other neighbors and pets in the nearby park. The house makes it easy to get to restaurants, trails, shops or anything else you're looking for in the area. The house is well stocked and the management company was responsive when issues arose. I will point out a few things that I don't think should keep you from staying here but that I wish I knew in advance: 1. There is no air conditioning in the house. We knew this before hand and there are a few fans provided. But the upstairs of the house is basically unusable during the day with the indoor thermometer regularly reading 85 degrees. There are no shades on any of the upstairs windows and the house just bakes. It would cool off each morning but we never once utilized the living room because it was unbearable. 2. The owners do not provide a garage door remote and it gets old having to get in and out of the car each time you come and go from the house. 3. The mattresses have past their prime. If you're a sleeper in need of a firmer mattress, just know the current ones have springs, especially around the edges that made for an uneven and soft sleeping environment. But again...I just point these out because I wish I would have known but we still would have reserved and enjoyed this house regardless!

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo, the first being two years ago. The family room/kitchen area was a perfect gathering space for our family with the cozy double sided fireplace and large dining table adding a nice touch. The condo was extremely clean. This is the Perfect Family Vacation Home!! The location was great and the layout was perfect for a family of 6 (2 adults/4 kids)! Very close to the slopes. Weather we were cooking, watching movies or playing Monopoly, there was plenty of room. After skiing hard every day, the hot tub was a life saver! The only thing we would pass on to guests staying during the heavy snow season is that the appropriate vehicle helps with getting up the driveway. It snowed a lot and we were able to get up the driveway, but any all wheel or 4x4 drive vehicle would be recommend. Otherwise, we had a blast and the house was amazing! Also, the staff was super helpful! Any questions I had were quickly answered in a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back.

Our family (6 of us) stayed in the lovely home on Deer Blvd. We were in Vail for a family wedding. Our accommodations were fantastic. Clean and well appointed. Neighborhood was terrific. The check in and check out process - so simple. Communication pre and post visit equally simple and no issues. Great Ski House!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. We loved the open concept living space which was family friendly (and pet friendly - our dog was happy there too!). We made several great dinners in the kitchen and enjoyed walking right down the block to go sledding. Very convenient to local shops, restaurants, and skiing both at Beaver Creek & Vail. We'd love to come back again!

The house was great. The only thing that would have improved the stay is if there would have been a garage door opener. We had to gain access to the house by putting in the code on the garage door. Sometimes the code wouldn't work on 1st try and had to be entered again. We found keys to the front door in a kitchen drawer, they weren't provided to us, probably because the door was very hard to open with the key. Put a new lock on the front door that is easy to access with keys, or provide a garage door opener. These are simple inexpensive fixes. Everything about the house was good except for access.

Very convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail as well as the terrific towns of Avon good restaurants) and Edwards (good shopping). Clean and comfortable. Having a garage is a huge advantage. Great hot tub. Everything worked well and it was well equipped although the main shower drained a little slow. Driveway is steep but was not a problem for us at the time we were there (mid-Oct) as there was not much snow. Thank you and we would rent again.

Phone communication with itrip was top notch. There was always a helpful person on the other end of the phone, whether I had a question or a minor problem (the internet went down and just needed to be reset). The house we rented was everything itrip said it would be. It was ready, clean and everything was in tip-top working order. We brought our black lab (Abby). The yard was clean, mowed, weeded and all the fencing was in ready for Abby to romp safely in the back yard. The Jacuzzi was ready and up to temperature when we arrived. We had the wonderful relaxing vacation we were looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was perfect for my whole family. It was nice to have a fully functional kitchen and we really appreciate the single serving condiments in the cupboard. My first experience in rentals

Wasn’t as new looking as picture on internet. One leg on the couch had been torn by a dog. Stuffing was coming out of pillows on the couch. Could fill springs when set down. Was suppose to have maid come and bring clean towels. Never came and had to use same towels for four days. Everything else was good. Had a good time.

We had such a great experience during our stay . Robin and itrip were SUPER responsive to any issues we had ( light bulbs) and a glitch in the wifi and each was addressed immediately . The house was just as described, comfortable , clean awesome neighborhood . We had a lot of space and the yard was awesome for our pooch too! Had slight issue with heat but management sent maintenance over promptly to take care of it. Couldn't be happier with the rental and will definitely consider staying here again on the next trip to Vail.

Really nice condo in Eagle Vail

This was a really nice condo to stay in, and we had a great time. Well furnished and well stocked. The only down side was the lack of a/c. The condo upper floor of the condo got very warm inside during the day time and evening. The bedrooms downstairs were cooler. Thanks for a great stay.

Best trip ever

We had an amazing time at our house in Avon. It was a convenient location and in great condition. They had everything we needed there and were able to enjoy our stay. Would love to rent this every year with our group! It was perfect.

Awesome Summer trip with family

We had a great time staying at the home on Deer Blvd. My son had a lacrosse tournament and the location was ideal. Place very clean and updated. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place for families.

We enjoyed our stay at the above mentioned property from June 7 through June 14th very much. The interior of the duplex was very lovely, comfortable and fantastic kitchen for entertaining our family and friends. The only negative comment that I would make was the exterior was not that inviting. The lawn furniture was dirty and not appealing to be outside which was disappointing. Overall very nice property. WE thoroughly loved the property at 1401 Deer Blvd. The fact that we were NOT "slope-side" was perfect and allowed us to ski various ski areas including Vail AND Beaver Creek (Arapahoe Basin and Keystone on our Epic Passes too!). we didn't feel limited to just ONE ski area! The kitchen amenities were more than adequate for our meals in.( we are all accomplished home-chefs and were pleased with the kitchen tools -minus good sharp knives! The HOT tub also is a real plus to help soothe our over-worked legs!! Apres Ski in your home was another great addition to this property!! We were adult couples, but the home is quite suitable for families or "girl's and guy's ski or golf/sumer vacations.

First time renting a house. Because there were so many of us (3 being children), this type of rental worked very well for us. Liked having a kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely go this way again.

Our family throughly enjoyed our time in this duplex. The open floor plan made entertaining easy. We never heard a peep out of the adjoining duplex despite being occupied and our 3 children were able to sleep soundly in the downstairs bedrooms without being disturbed by the adults upstairs. The layout was simply perfect. The proximity to Beeaver Creek and Vail made for a managable Chritsmas vacation for our young family and the sledding hill walking distance form the duplex was a great bonus. We would be happy to return to the property - perhaps permanenetly if you ever are ready to sell!
