Had to call because of sewer gas smell in bathroom, your staff poured bleach down the drain. Seemed to take care of the problem. Had trouble with the heating and air conditioning system, seemed not to work very well. The elevator worked intermittingly. At times needed to take the stairs. Our son and his family stayed in the unit. I probably would not rent the unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The quality of the interior furnishings exceeded our expectations. From the comfortable chairs and couches to the great nights sleep. My brother is a chef and he was impressed with all the cookware. All our communication with management for questions or concerns were answered immediately. Thank you, we would not hesitate to rent here again. Bill

Great location for easy access to Steamboat skiing

Location of condo was perfect for easily hopping on the shuttle in the condo parking lot to get quickly to Steamboat mountain also with an easy drop off. Condo had comfortable beds and good showers. Worked out great.

“Serenity” truly deserves its name! The house is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, peaceful - much more a “home” than any other place I have rented. The hosts are two of the kindest people I have ever met, incredibly warm and caring. I loved every minute there and cannot say enough good things!

The stay was nice and fit the entire family of 10. Had no issues, clean and everything worked great. The views were beautiful and easy access to the other keys. When I had questions or issues I was responded to quickly and had them answered. Only thing I would request would be a few extra blankets.
