Great condo. Stayed on the second floor overlooking the pool. Very large balcony with a table and four chairs and a couple of lounge chairs. Loved that they had charcoal grills right by the poolarea. Had a pool inside and outside which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The home is exactly, if not better, than advertised. We had our best vacation here. Extremely clean, fully equipped, and quiet neighborhood. The owner/ manager of the home was very helpful at answering any questions. Would love to return to this same property someday!

The condo was beautiful, location was great, and the communication from Steven and team was top notch. We stay in IOP two or three times a year and have used other companies. This trip definitely was easy and stress free. We will see you gain soon.

Spent a great week in St. Augustine. This little place I rented was perfect for 1 or 2 people. Short walk to the beach to see the sunrise or any other time of the day. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. David and Robin were great to deal with.

We had a great time staying at L203. The condo is a perfect space for one couple and nicely decorated without being overdone. The one downside we found was the plastic covered mattress. It was so uncomfortably hot that we cut our stay short and left Saturday afternoon rather than Sunday morning. The view is spectacular, the pool is well kept and the elevator is a big plus.
