My family had an amazing stay at this home. The location was great, close to the gold club and close to the beach, and the house was fantastic. Very updated with a great kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The owners were very flexible and let us check in early when when we were able to catch an earlier ferry. I will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, homey and great decor, fabulous views, close to everything but far enough away from the chaos of other beaches in the area and the amenities are excellent on the property. Can't wait to book again and spend another week here in this condo. Absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at our rental, everything was perfect, we wanted for nothing. The place was so nicely decorated, the bed so comfortable. The views from our unit were beautiful. The complex was clean, the people friendly. The entire trip was fabulous! We would definitely rent 701 again.

Location, location, location. We were able to walk to almost everything in historic old St. Augustine. There were a few items we were missing at 16B Saragossa but once I contacted them, they quickly brought them over to us. We had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful trip. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Nice open floor plan, brand new everything, was perfect for our long weekend on the Island. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach, the seasonal shuttle that picks up and drops off at our door, and the easy stroll to Coligny Plaza for dinner, coffee, cocktails, shopping, everything you’d want or need. We’ll be back!
