We enjoyed staying here and had everything we need as family with young kids - from kitchen gadgets to pool and beach accessories. For coffee lovers - there a drip coffee maker , so you would need to buy ground coffee to use . For owner I would recommend to add a keurig - convenient travel option, and small electric teakettle for tea or instant coffee .

We could not have been more happy with our stay! The home is beautifully decorated with a perfect set up for a big group/family. The living room with fireplace is open directly into the kitchen and dining. The beds are comfortable and the entire home is clean. We had everything we needed and a perfect location to boot!

Excellent unit good value.

The unit was perfectly cleaned. The coffee maker failed on day 4 and a new one was delivered in a few hours. The light on the night table in the bedroom on the living kitchen level was broken when we arrived. To operate one must plug and unplug from the wall.

Fabulous girls trip!

We had a fabulous time at Hollis House. We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday with a few of her friends. The house was super clean, and close to everything! It was so nice to be able to walk most places. The beach access was super close as well. The girls all enjoyed staying in one room with the 2 beds. Thanks for a great weekend away!
