we absolutely love the place, this place is very up to date and large enough to accommodate the six of us. the property was also close to all the attractions we had planned with the kids and also close to the beaches. there was also a grocery store down the street so that we could get groceries if we needed. we would definitely come her again when we visit Orlando again.

We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at L203. The condo is a perfect space for one couple and nicely decorated without being overdone. The one downside we found was the plastic covered mattress. It was so uncomfortably hot that we cut our stay short and left Saturday afternoon rather than Sunday morning. The view is spectacular, the pool is well kept and the elevator is a big plus.

Easy to find, check in and check out. Hot tub was clean, hot and easy to use with a great view. Host was responsive. Had to drive to get to ski slopes but it was a nice trade off with the many good restaurants that were within walking distance of the townhouse. Would recommend!
