Sanibel 1405 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach with deeded beach access.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a flat-screen TV and balcony access

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds with a TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet access is provided

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. It had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. My only complaint are the mattresses on each bed. The king bed felt like sleeping on a slab in the morgue. The tile floor would be softer. The queen bed in the second bedroom has no box springs so you’re 18” from the floor. The twin bunks have ok mattresses but are incredibly noisy when you are laying on them. Fix those bed issues and you have a perfect rental.

We stayed 5 nights at 1405 Sanibel. We really loved the condo & the views were spectacular! A few things to remember to bring with you: beach towels, beach chairs (they did have one there, but it has seen better days, so we passed on using it), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, Kleenex, dishwasher tablets, pots & pans & extra blankets for the beds! The beds were very hard & uncomfortable & only had a sheet & a very thin type comforter (I’m not sure you could call it that). The pots & pans they have in the unit need to be replaced. Even with spraying them, everything stuck to them! We ended up buying a set to use & brought them home with us. The beach was a short walk across the street & the views from the balcony were incredible! The condo was very clean & well kept. Definitely recommend anyone to stay! You won’t regret it!

The unit was pretty nice. Just a few issues we encountered: - master bed mattress was super hard and pillows uncomfortable - the bunk bed seemed to have loose joints - remotes were missing batteries We were also surprised that there were no beach towels. Most rentals near the beach divide these. Also, not truly beachfront, if that’s what you’re looking for. It is across the street, which is still convenient, but if you’re looking for a place ON the beach, this isn’t it. Other than that, the unit was very clean and convenient.

We loved the place, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having the beach cart there and our kids loved the boogie boards that were there. The condo was a very short walk to the beach, maybe a 5 min walk. The view was incredible. The only negative was the beds, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be planning another trip.

Awesome place to stay! The view was amazing from the 14th floor. Everything was awesome except they only have 1 elevator working for the entire place. Other than that it was excellent!

Nice condo

I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and up to date. The west side of the beach where this is located is quite. It is surrounded by only beach homes.
