CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location for a family getaway on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all in our area and the cabana service was excellent! The room wasn’t the cleanest but was stocked with plenty of things to cook and eat with so that was a plus. Also the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge help. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Having a washer and dryer in the unit is most definably a huge help especially with making packing easier and not having to separate clean from dirty laundry. We stayed in 1108. It was very clean, comfortable beds, huge balcony, and located in a quite part of Panama City Beach. Also right next door to ST Andrew's State Park. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

My family of 5 chose to stay in the Panhandle of FL this trip. We picked a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at the Commodore in Panama City Beach. It was wonderful! Our unit was on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the beach and the gulf from the full deck. Coffee out there every morning was so nice. The unit is newly remodeled and all the furnishings are very nice. Beds were so comfortable. Ample towels for our entire clan. Washer and Dryer in the unit are high quality, as well as all the other top of the line appliances. Very clean throughout. We will definitely stay here again should our travels take us to this fine city again. We used a couple of the "free" activity perks as well. Golf is on a temp course, and the club rental price more than made up for the "free greens fee". BYO if possible.

Enjoyed staying at the Commodore #1108. The condo was very clean and we particularly savored the beds as we all slept well after a long day of sightseeing. My friend and her daughter adored the balcony. When we were in the condo that is where you would find them. Getting to the beach was quick and easy. We were right on the beach so it didn’t take long to get there. The location was perfect. Kind of tucked away from everything else. The condo was a great stay and we will definitely stay there again!
