This is our second time staying in both units on Amethyst and Park Avenue and we Love it! It's beachy and quirky, very shabby chic! Love the patios! Thank you for the fans as the units do get warm with no air conditioning. I highly recommend both units for a family getaway!

It was an awesome stay at the house. The house had everything we needed and a great location. The Go Navy decor was exactly what we needed to get ready for the game. Inside and out the house was a great place for my friends and I to relax and catch up. Thanks for a really good weekend.

The mattresses on both beds in the basement needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is showing wear and tear. The location is perfect and the cabin was clean. Just a few new upgrades would be nice,

Clean--bed was very comfortable-- close to the lake ( and Lilly's landing)- ac worked great!! The only thing I didn't like is that we were not able to grill. They had a small electric George foreman so I did pork-steaks one at a time on it and they turned out better than expected.

Best part of the townhouse was its location, but even though it is within walking distance of the thunderhead lift, it is not a convenient walk in ski boots. The home itself was excellent, minus the cookware being in disrepair, but that should be an easy fix. Comfortable beds, great layout and plenty of room for two families. Would rent this unit again upon a return to steamboat.
