The Penthouse Suite is a 2000 square foot apartment occupying the entire third floor, accommodates up to 4 guests. There is one private bedroom with a queen bed and a second queen bed in a sleeping nook with a privacy screen. With so much square footage there is ample room for a kitchenette, an expansive living area with sofas and chairs as well as the "Turret" lounge with a 180 degree view along the waterfront where you can see the Willamette River and Forest Park, downtown, and Cascade mountain peaks at times.
You will find a fantastic array of vintage furniture and decor to give an immersive experience in this historical home. All rooms have outstanding views, large spacious rooms with a focus on comfort. This suite was formerly a Ballroom where Mr. & Mrs. Benson would entertain friends and community and host meetings, dances and parties.

Penthouse guests have exclusive access to the third floor with locking doors, similar to an apartment. Please note, all guest rooms are on the second and third floors and require guests to ascend stairs for access. There is one outdoor staircase (24 stairs) up to the second floor rooms. The Ballroom is on the third floor accessed by a second indoor staircase (19 stairs). Both flights have railings on both sides.

Properties may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
**Cleaning & Sanitation** Between every guest, we will be cleaning all surfaces, door knobs, railings, light switches, faucets, toilets, kitchen appliances, etc. with antibacterial cleansers. We are also using a commercial ozonator to run in between guests that will sterilize everything as an additional precaution.
