Lived the amazing view. Had issues worth confirmation of a place to park a trailer, but worked it out once we checked in.

I just spend Easter weekend with my parents and sister's family with two 10 year old twins in this cabin. The cabin was perfect for everybody of us. Everyone enjoyed the weekend so much. It has a great view, nice furniture and a huge dining area. The bed rooms are spacious and clean. The only problem was that everyone had so much fun in jacuzzi at the pool table that no one wanted to leave the cabin. I'd highly recommend the cabin.

This is one of the best cabin's we have rented so far. Nice and clean place. This place has it all! The breathtaking views of the mountain from cabin is awesome. We had minor issue with the hot tub, but the service technician fixed the problem next day morning. I am very satisfied with the whole experience, they really care about your vacation. My only regret is that I should have stayed longer, next time I will plan on staying at least for 5 days. I will definitely come back.

We are here in Tennessee for the first time with our kids and a few of their friends. Total a group of 9 and staying at the kodiak cabin. I was hoping it was a nice as it looked when we booked and I can say it is better then I had hoped. The cabin is clean and there is plenty of room for all. We hiked up the the Apalachian trail today to Charles Bunion lookout and it was something to be seen. Loving everything about our stay and we have 4 more days left and I don't want to leave.

We stayed July 2-9. 2016 Cabin was great except kitchen area was a little small but adequate. Views were outstanding from entire cabin.Drive up to cabin was steep in some places but safe.If you want the view you have to drive up hill obviously. Summit 54 was great to work with especially Inger Conner.

The pictures of this cabin make it seem like it is a lot bigger, unfortunately, it is smaller. BUT! it worked. We didn't spend much time here because of the distance to town, which is not the cabins fought, but if you want to be close to downtown, (less then 15 minutes) this is not the cabin for you. There were some safety concerns traveling with three kids. The railings seemed unsafe, crooked, and the deck had nails poking up, bowed and had gaps. The steps in the cabin had large spaces at the top, our oldest was walking up when her foot went straight thru! Luckily, she was holding an adults hand. The hot tub was nice, but I am not sure we spent a lot of time in it due to the weary deck. The cabin was not very clean when we arrived. And there was obvious water damage to the wood in the dining room. On another note, the view was pretty, and it looked like they had a nice pool! (we didnt use since it was not open :-])

We are sorry that the guest was not 100% satisfied with their stay at the cabin. The cabin itself is about 9 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, this is clearly stated in the description. The drive is subjective and some folks may want to be closer to town, that is understandable. We would like to state that the cabin itself has no structural issues, in fact one of the latest reviews stated that the "cabin itself was wonderful" "very nice and clean" " We had 13 people staying with us (3 under the age of 4)". The deck is built with sturdy wood and railings are safe. Our team has made sure that no nails are loose or sticking out of the woodwork. We encourage our guests to reach out to us with any concerns before, during and even after a visit. We want to make sure that our guests are completely happy with their accommodations. We thank the traveler for the review, but respectfully disagree with their assessment of our cabin.

It had an amazing view. It was a very nice and clean cabin. We had 13 people staying with us (3 under the age of 4). The cabin itself was wonderful. The Wi-fi didn't work but other than that I would very highly recommend staying at the Kodiak.

We are so glad that you and your family had such a wonderful time while staying at Kodiak! The owner is replacing the router, so WiFi will be operational again. Sorry, that wasn't working during your visit. We do look forward to helping you plan your next visit! Thanks again for the great review. Summit 54 Properties, iTrip Team

The cabin has open-space layout with plenty of space for everyone. Easy accessible kitchen with island that allows simultaneous food preparation for groups, and big dinning table with awesome views. The bedrooms were with plenty of storage, two of them with patio access and in-bedroom hot-tubs. Everyone had great time, never felt crowded. The only thing that would make stay absolutely perfect is better internet connection, and allowing the internet to run on the day of departure. The morning before leaving the cabin the password to the Wi-Fi was changed so we could not check some last minute details. That was kind of frustrating because cell phone service was not available in the mountain.
