This unit is located on the Second Floor in a Gated Condo Complex with Community Amenities that include a Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill with Outdoor Dining Plus a Workout Facility! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has a King size bed and sleeper sofa (queen size) and a balcony with outdoor seating. It’s centrally located just minutes from dining, golfing, Desert Botanical Gardens, the Phoenix Zoo, Downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Arcadia, Biltmore, Fashion Square, Sky Harbor Airport and easy freeway access.

*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This unit allows dogs. If you are traveling with your pet let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the unit.

Whether you are visiting Arizona for business or pleasure you can enjoy our condo that features 660sq ft of living space. The living room features a sleeper sofa, chair, flat screen 50" Roku TV with Youtube TV also and just off the living room is a balcony with outdoor seating. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to stay in and prepare your meals including a traditional coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, utensils, and cookware. The dining table is just off the kitchen and living room and seats 4. The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, flat screen 43" Roku TV with Youtube TV to watch your favorite shows plus an arcadia door that takes you out to the balcony. The bathroom has a single sink and walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room just off the dining area with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
