Enhanced disinfectant procedures are in affect! We know the importance of cleanliness now more than ever, therefore our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which can be laundered after each guest visit to ensure a sanitary environment.
For an additional fee we offer a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley including Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas. After booking we will provide you contact information to this company and you will work directly with them for scheduling and payment.
New Listing that’s centrally located in the heart of North Phoenix just minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, hiking, biking, or take a trip to downtown Phoenix sports arenas, museums and many great restaurants. Also close by is Scottsdale’s shopping and dining so if you are looking for a wonderful getaway look no further! Our single story home has much to offer featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, with a fabulous backyard with a large private heated pool and a large covered back patio with a 50” TV w/ direct TV. The pool will be heated from October 1st through April 30th. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature).
*Traveling with a 20 lb dog or less? No problem. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.

There is plenty of seating with a living room and a family room. The living room is as you walk in the door and has a sectional sofa and high-top desk with a chair. We also know how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen utensils and traditional coffee maker. Just situated off the kitchen is the kitchen table seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen and overlooking the pool is the family room which features a sectional sofa, recliner, decorative fireplace, and a 70” Smart TV with Direct TV.
The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, 50” Smart TV with Direct TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, single sink plus direct access to backyard patio/pool. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed. The second guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, 50” Smart TV with Direct TV and a dresser. The third guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, and dresser. The guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. The garage has a sofa, extra fridge and full size washer and dryer so you won’t have to take any dirty laundry home.
The backyard is perfect for entertaining featuring a large, covered patio with outdoor dining, 50" TV with Direct TV, a fun artificial putting green area, corn hole, lounge chairs by the pool, and a BBQ grill.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
