Welcome to our beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom mountain home, right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort in downtown Park City. Our comfortable and inviting loft-style condo has a spacious & open floor plan, suitable for up to six (6) people and has amazing features like a large renovated kitchen, high quality finishes / fixtures / furnishings, new washer/dryer, clubhouse with hot tub and pool year-round, and is situated on the Park City Golf Course with incredible views all around.
UNIQUE FEATURES OF OUR HOME AND SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
• Open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, HDTV with entertainment, gas fireplace and access to your private deck with mountain views.
• Gourmet kitchen looks out to the living and dining area – complete with stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space to cook and entertain and dining table with seating for six (6) offering golf course views.
• Private deck offers views of Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Golf Course - it is equipped with bar stool patio furniture and grill.
• Master Bedroom (1) – king size bed (sleeps 2), quality linens and bedding, closet, dressers and en suite bathroom.
• Guest bedroom (2) – double size beds (sleeps 2), cathedral ceilings, dresser, closet and shared bathroom.
• Guest bedroom (3) – two twin size beds (sleeps 2), cathedral ceilings, dresser and shared bathroom.
• Access to the 3 Kings Clubhouse which offers Guests a year-round pool, hot tub and more.
• Bus stop is also situated close to your unit, so can easily take Park City’s free public transit system to Main Street, shopping, restaurants, activities and events.
On your left, as you enter the property, is a small alcove and storage area. Continue down the hallway and find the open concept kitchen, formal dining room and large family living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, four burner stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances for your vacation needs. The kitchen also features hardwood cabinetry, tons of counter space, a large breakfast bar with seating for six (6) and its stocked with corning ware, cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare you daily meals and host family and friends. From the kitchen, you look out into the large family living room and formal dining room area with beautiful cathedral ceilings.
The bright and open living area is completely furnished with a large leather couch and two (2) single chairs, wood & glass side tables with lamps, armoire and a beautiful floor to ceiling hardwood mantle with gas fireplace & stone tiling. The living area comfortably surrounds the entertainment area, equipped with a 40” HDTV, DVD player, cable/satellite and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a large formal dining room with mountain furniture, chandelier and seating for six (6) people comfortably. The living room also offers Guests a small den / laptop nook and access to your private outdoor deck. From there you can look out onto the Park City Golf Course or the Wasatch Mountains to the west. Also situated on the main floor is the half-bathroom with pedestal vanity and toilet.
The first bedroom is warm & decorated to suit the atmosphere of the home. It is equipped with a beautiful wood bed frame with a king size bed, large wood dresser, nightstands (2) and lamps (2), closet and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a vanity, bath tub, shower and toilet.
The upstairs floor is where the two other bedrooms are situated. The second bedroom has two twin beds with nightstand and lamp, closet for storage and beautiful cathedral ceilings & oversize windows, allowing natural light to fill the room. The third bedroom has a double size bed, a large dresser for storage, lamps for lighting and the ceiling is angled. The shared upstairs bathroom is equipped with a long counter with vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months however fans are provided to keep guests comfortable.
Underground parking is available and one space is designated for this unit. If you do have two cars or more, open spaces are provided and additional parking is available outside our communities Clubhouse and pool. The sizable and comfortable Three Kings Clubhouse is made to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The Clubhouse includes a natural stone fireplace, large windows that overlook the fully landscaped property, a huge dining room table and plenty of seating and space for entertaining. The Three Kings Clubhouse also offers an outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular mountain views year-round. Three Kings pools and hot tubs are closed yearly between Labor Day & Thanksgiving and again in April, at the end of the ski season, reopening Memorial Day.
The property also enjoys access to a transit stop right outside the door that will shuttle guests to Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Canyons Mountain Resort, Tanger’s Outlet Mall and Old Town Park City. Since physical guides go missing and require constant updating, having the information online makes is readily accessible and easily updated.
