Grand Summit Hotel is now open after a $15 million renovation – no stone was left unturned in the rebirth of this iconic ski-in/ski-out property. Nestled in the heart of Park City Canyons Village, the Grand Summit is steps away from America's largest ski resort. Guests will find an elegant ambience throughout this distinctive property, now part of Vail Resorts' premium RockResorts lodging collection.
Located in the heart of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort – right across from the Orange Bubble Chair lift and the Red Pine Gondola. The AAA 4-Diamond resort hotel offers prime ski-in ski-out access in the winter and it is the perfect starting point for a round of golf course in the summer. The first tee and 18th-hole of the scenic Canyons Golf Course are located right in front of the door.
Our Penthouse is located on the 7th floor of the Grand Summit Hotel and has breathtaking views of the Mountains and Golf Course. With hardwood flooring throughout the main living area the rooms flow seamless one to the next making it the perfect place to entertain family or friends. Guests will feel pampered as the enter the bright and spacious penthouse featuring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplaces, the plush beds, steam shower and personal sauna. Kids and groups alike will appreciate the guest suite which features a total of four twin beds. The home also features two primary suites – each offering plush King Beds, High End Linens, Fireplace, Private Patio and Steam Showers. Staying at the Grand summit offers guests all the comforts of home while also offering all the amenities of the top rated hotel. There are plenty of resort amenities offered with attentive service including a state of the art fitness center, hot tub, an outdoor heated pool, full service spa, on site child care, ski valet, gourmet dining, and warm, inviting gathering place After a day of skiing, enjoy fixing a meal in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing in the in-room sauna of your private penthouse retreat!

The Spa features a mountain-influenced treatment menu with various massages, facials and body scrubs and wraps. Dining
There are two dining options located within the Grand Summit Hotel. The Farm is open year-round and features sustainable fare sourced from local farms, while the Red Tail Grill is a gastropub with outdoor seating. During ski season, room service is available between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Resort Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub
A heated outdoor pool is available at the Grand Summit Hotel. Lounge chairs and three hot tubs can also be found on the surrounding pool deck.
Kids
An on-site childcare center is available at the Grand Summit Hotel. Two programs are offered, one for kids ages 6 weeks to 23 months and another for children between 2 and 6. The infant group includes small art activities and indoor playtime, while the toddler and preschooler group activities range from arts and crafts projects to snow play and gondola rides.
Childcare center open daily during winter season from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Half-day programs start at $105 per child; full-day programs start at $135
Private ski lessons for kids can be included in childcare activities for an additional fee
