Located on the top floor of the Bison Lodge this exclusive 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Kitchen, Grand Villa vacation rental is available for booking. Relax in your luxurious ski-in/ski-out condominium at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa at Canyons Resort, Park City, Utah. Westgate's western decor is mountain elegance at its' best with astonishing spaciousness, vaulted ceilings, family & dining areas, sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 2 king size beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, convertible sleepers, 2 fully functional kitchens, 2 full baths with a master bath & shower next to the master bedroom with an oversized jetted tub & steam shower.

The elegance of Westgate is presented in the living room with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, which allow for lots of natural light to fill the entire space. The living room is a place to relax with a warm fireplace, 42" HDTV and plush furnishings. Just off of the living room is your private balcony with views of the mountain side.

To prepare fantastic meals for you, your family and guests, a beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances is at your disposal with all of the comforts of home and the best finishings and fixtures. The gourmet style chef's kitchen features granite counters, attractive cherry wood cupboards & stainless steel appliances (french door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove) throughout. The dining room is just next to the kitchen and can comfortably accommodate eight (8) people. An additional vanity / bar is just in the hallway and is perfect for serving guests and family on vacation.

The master bedroom (1) features a king size bed, high quality linens/bedding, floor to ceiling windows, a dresser, laptop nook with flatscreen HDTV and en suite bathroom to suit all of your needs. The master bathroom is accented by the stone tiled Jacuzzi jetted tub, a his and hers vanity, granite counters and a large steam/rainfall shower.

Since this property is a penthouse two-bedroom property, the second bedroom is presented as a guest suite with a gourmet kitchenette, living room/lounge, flatscreen HDTV and features another bedroom and another bathroom. The gourmet kitchenette features granite counters and high quality appliances including a mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Like the master bedroom, the guest bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, HDTV, high quality linens/bedding and floor to ceiling windows with privacy coverings. The second bathroom is second to none with a granite vanity and large steam/rainfall shower.

Kids Rule

Children ages 2-12 are welcome at the Kid's Club at Westgate for supervised fun while parents enjoy some time to ski or enjoy the amenities available at the resort. The creative approach actively engages youngsters and provides a fun active environment for them to enjoy their stay. The Kid's Club has video games, arts and crafts, games, organized fun and a friendly staff who care for your children while you are busy having a good time.

The Marketplace

Stop by the Marketplace for all your grocery needs. The Marketplace is also The Canyons' only Official Utah State Liquor Agency and features a wide variety of wines and full bottle liquor. You can also find a full stock of all your favorite Pepsi products, bottled water, cold beer, health and sundry items, snacks, baked goods, newspapers and souvenir gifts.

Spent 3 weeks at Westgate and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was very comfortable and location was perfect to enjoy the Park City area. Enjoyed the golf, hiking and concerts in the area. Westgate has terrific amenities, especially the yoga and pilates studio. With Trudee as the instructor it was a fantastic experience. Also, enjoyed the adult relaxation pool, especially since other pools were a bit crowded with vacationing families. Only downside to this facility is the parking. Limited spots and difficult getting in and out of garage. However, the shuttle service (and the drivers) were really great and mitigated the parking issue.

Parking at Westgate can certainly be tough to maneuver with a larger car, but the shuttle service will take you anywhere and as a back-up there's always the free Park City transit system and Uber or Lyft for evenings out. We stayed at the Westgate penthouse condo over July 4 weekend and were extremely pleased! Very well maintained and clean, beds/linens comfortable, well stocked with supplies for the weekend. Great view of the mountain. Effect for family with teens as guest room worked well for them, Really enjoyed the deck off the great room to sit in morning with coffee. Westgate staff were very nice and helpful. Pools great and the adult only pool are with hot tub, sauna and steam room was awesome. Would highly recommend. Some have said Westgagte is dated but while it is not a posh 5 star resort we did not find it old or dated,but very clean and well maintained and the price is so reasonable compared to other nearby places.

This place has it all and is located at the most amazing spot at the base of the mountain. Very close to town with a free shuttle service to Main street about 5 minutes away. EXCELLENT dining and drinking spots there worth checking out... but I digress. The condo has a gorgeous view, feels very private and has top notch amenities. The steam showers were the greatest part. We felt very welcome and will make this place a yearly tradition.

Westgate 2 Bedroom Penthouse

Where do we begin? The door deadbolt didn't work. The dryer did not work. The light and fan over the bed in the master bedroom did not work. The safes did not work. There were no blankets on the pull out beds so the kids froze. The toilet paper holders were not attached to the wall. The breakfast table was coming out of the wall. We turned the heat off and yet the heat ran constantly. There were no humidifiers so we paid the front desk to bring us one. The daily housekeeping (for which we paid over $500 extra to have) made the beds and changed towels. Countertops and bathrooms were not cleaned. On a positive note, the location was great. We knew this having stayed at the Westgate before. We opted for the penthouse this time and paid thousands more for it, but got a much crappier unit this time. We called and emailed the property managers many times. We were told that it was a sold out holiday week (New Years Eve 2013). Again, this is why we paid a premium. However, none of the issues were ever resolved.

Dear Missy and Josh, Thank you for staying with us at our Westgate 2 Bedroom Penthouse and for sharing your feedback. I am disappointed to hear that there were little things that created a hassle for your vacation and that your issues were not resolved in a timely manner. We have to work with Westgate in some capacity with our properties and it is difficult to hear that your issues were left unattended. Many of our team members communicated and directly met with Westgate representatives in order to rectify immediate issues, but from your communications, the resort did not follow through and for that I sincerely apologize. One of our representatives did stop by mid-stay, but there was no one home, which is understandable as you and your family were likely out and about. With regards to daily housekeeping, it is a service directly managed and executed by Westgate, as is with all the properties within the resort – outside cleaners are no longer allowed. You did purchase the full-service housekeeping during your stay and thus, they should have done a little more than what you have described. They are usually on top of their services and I can only imagine that it was due to the full resort occupancy, being the Holiday season and New Years. My recommendation on that situation is if you feel the full service was not provided to you, it would be something to take up with them as they operate housekeeping. With the humidifier(s), some properties do and some do not have them complimentary – it is usually based on the Owner’s preference. I followed up on the rest of your comments and the only issues that I could not identify/address were the breakfast table, rollers and heating.
