Stayed with friends for a golf tournament on the island. We had an amazing time and the property manager was always there when I needed him. The house is beautiful and on an excellent part of the island. Would 10/10 recommend this to any family or group of friends that are staying on Fripp.

Great location, luxurious house with over-the-top accommodations. Very clean, comfortable and accommodated our family of 11 very well. Kid friendly, easy walk to river and parks. Management was quick to answer questions and was very helpful. Will definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at Nautical Escape for a two week winter getaway and would definitely recommend! The condo is exactly as pictured - nicely decorated, fully stocked, comfortable beds. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely visit again!

The house was clean, spacious, and in a good neighborhood. Lots of seating for a group with a place for outside eating in the back. Our only complaint was that we could not get hot water in the kitchen sink, so we felt like our dishes weren’t getting cleaned well.

The Alphorn condos are next to the Four Seasons Resort and probably has a better view. Alphorn is halfway between the center of Vail Village and Lionshead. Alphorn is less than a city block from a bus stop for the free Town of Vail bus. Unit 204 has a gas grille on the balcony as well as a couple comfortable chairs to use while enjoying the view. All that makes for very comfortable living!
