Welcome to our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, home away from home at Three Kings Condominiums! We are located on the Park City Golf Course and across the street from PCMR. Our comfortable and inviting mountain condo has a spacious & open floor plan, private hot tub on our secluded deck / patio, Wi-Fi, galley style kitchen and much more.
On your right, as you enter the property, is a small alcove and storage area and to your left is the main floor full bathroom. The first bathroom was recently renovated with black and emerald granite countertops, stainless steel finishes & lighting, toilet, Kohler sink and shower & bathtub combination.
Continue down the hallway and find the open concept galley style full kitchen and family living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, four burner stove & oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances. The kitchen cabinetry is white with stainless steel finishes and fully stocked with corning ware, cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare your daily meals and host family and friends. Opposite the kitchen is another countertop / breakfast bar with seating for four (4) and from the kitchen you look out into the large family living room with bay area dining room.
The bright and open living area is completely furnished with a large plush couch and matching love seat, local antique wood side tables with lamps, wood chest box, armoire and a beautiful floor to ceiling stone mantle with gas fireplace. The living area comfortably surrounds the entertainment area, equipped with a 40” HDTV, DVD player, satellite and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a traditional Park City dining room with large oversized windows, modern mountain furniture with seating for four (4) and immediate access to your private outdoor space. Relax each day or night on your open deck that features a set of patio furniture and your own private Jacuzzi hot tub. From there you can look out onto the Park City Golf Course or the Wasatch Mountains to the west.
Also situated on the main floor, in a closet are a stackable washer and dryer for your own personal use. There is no need for laundry facilities, though there are some on-site.
The upstairs floor is where both bedrooms and another bathroom are situated. At the top of the landing is the second bathroom, which was also renovated recently to match the downstairs. It features black and emerald granite countertops, stainless steel finishes & lighting, toilet, vaulted ceilings, Kohler sink and shower & bathtub combination.
The first Guest bedroom is warm & decorated to suit the mountain atmosphere of the home. It is equipped with a beautiful log bunk bed frame with a queen size bed on lower bunk and double bed on upper. It also has a 32” HDTV with satellite, a large wooden dresser for storage, nightstand with lamp and a large bay west-facing window with privacy coverings.
The second Guest bedroom is located at the end of the hall and has a queen size bed with hardwood bed frame, two hand carved nightstands with lamps, large bedroom dresser for storage and deep closet. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.
Underground parking is available and one space is designated for this unit. If you do have two cars or more, open spaces are provided and additional parking is available outside our communities Clubhouse and pool. The sizable and comfortable Three Kings Clubhouse is made to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The Clubhouse includes a natural stone fireplace, large windows that overlook the fully landscaped property, a huge dining room table and plenty of seating and space for entertaining. The Three Kings Clubhouse also offers an outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular mountain views year-round. Three Kings pools and hot tubs are closed yearly between Labor Day & Thanksgiving and again in April, at the end of the ski season, reopening Memorial Day.
The property also enjoys access to a transit stop right outside the door that will shuttle guests to Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Canyons Mountain Resort, Tanger’s Outlet Mall and Old Town Park City. Your car can securely remain in the underground parking lot, provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will love the manicured landscaping, wooded lot and scenic mountain views.

Dear Ryan, We apologize that nothing was to your satisfaction and are disappointed that we couldn't resolve the situation by sending over our lead maintenance staff member to attend to your concerns or by moving you to another, more modern unit just next door. We agree the hot tub cover needs to be replaced, as it has become water logged and we're in the process of replacing it and apologize that it did not arrive in time to meet your last minute booking - the night before you arrived. With regards to the one blind, situated by the dining room table, it unfortunately broke just recently and as it is a custom blind because of the window size, we too are and have been in the process of replacing that as well. The blind that you mention looks out to the deck and hot tub, so rather than have it closed and not functioning, we decided to take it down for natural light to enter the home. We did consider the issue of privacy, but had very few concerns because of the shrubs, trees & landscaping in the backyard, the position of the window itself, the position of the condo, the lack of pedestrian traffic between developments and the large distance from the next building. We tried several ways to make you happy and resolve the situation in any way possible, but unfortunately that could not be done and we wish that we could have.
