Stylish and modern condo was just recently renovated to give Guests complete satisfaction during their vacation. This Three Kings 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft-style condo is suitable for up to four (4) people and has amazing features like a gourmet kitchen, clubhouse with hot tub and pool year-round, high quality finishings / fixtures / furnishings and is situated on the Park City Golf Course. As well as being located on a golf course, it is also just steps away from Park City Mountain Resort.

The modern, open two-story floor plan plays it big with shades of carmel, grey and cinnamon with plenty of light from the windows all over the condo. The condo makes use of every square foot to provide a stylish, modern and comfortable space for vacationers with a true feeling of Park City authenticity.

The roomy, two-story living area is well-appointed with comfortable new furniture, fireplace, 42" HDTV, queen size murphy bed, and an outdoor patio with BBQ grill overlooking a fully-landscaped yard. The living area and adjacent informal eating area, that seats four, are lined with huge windows and sliding glass doors, flooding the condo with natural light. An attached deck with grill overlooking a fully-landscaped yard encourages guests to head outside. A full bathroom is located on the main floor for complete convenience, especially when you have visitors. Wi-Fi is throughout the property and allows you to access Netflix and Amazon to stream videos for your viewing pleasure. These great features are also included with your rental.

The fully-stocked and renovated kitchen looks out onto the living area and offers plenty of granite counter space to prepare and dine. The full kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and other small appliances for all of your cooking needs and wants. The property is also stocked with a complete array of flatware & cookware and offers counter seating for two on the granite island.

Upstairs you will find a light and cheery loft bedroom, which offers guests a comfortable king-sized bed, HDTV and plenty of windows to allow for 180 degrees of view. A full bathroom is also located in the loft and includes a vanity, toilet, tub and shower.

The sizable and comfortable Three Kings Clubhouse is made to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The Clubhouse includes a natural stone fireplace, large windows that overlook the fully-landscaped property, a huge dining room table and plenty of seating and space for entertaining. The Three Kings Clubhouse also offers an outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular mountain views year-round. Three Kings pools and hot tubs are closed yearly between Labor Day & Thanksgiving and again in April, at the end of the ski season, reopening Memorial Day.

The condo was very attractive, clean and comfortable. However, the furnace, AC and TV in living area did not work. Maintenance personnel promptly checked the furnace but could not repair it. Good thing the weather didn't turn any colder than it did.

We reserved the Three Kings one bedroom unit when we were in town for a family reunion. The unit is nicely updated and very clean. The one bedroom is in the loft space, so not as private as you might want if you have guests sleeping in the Murphy bed downstairs. Also, although there are blackout shades on most of the windows, the higher windows had no covering, so hard to sleep in with the sun shining in! This unit has easy access to the pool across the lawn and was very quiet.

My family came up for spring break and loved the location of the condo. Perfect for family of 4 but need to realize no real privacy due to loft bedroom. Condo was very clean and having 2 bathrooms was a plus! Can be difficult to find if driving in at night as it's actually behind the pool and clubhouse while all other buildings have direct entry off 3 Kings Road. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if available.

Disclaimer- the owners are my in laws, and despite that, I still love the place! This condo is in a good location being on the golf course and very close to the slopes. Downtown is a short walk or bus ride away. The entire unit is modern with very nice finishes throughout. In addition to the amenities in the master bedroom loft there is a Murphy bed downstairs. The couch is comfy and the open floor plan allows for good tv viewing angles as well as more than one place to sit and eat. The kitchen and two bathrooms were clean when we arrived. Top notch all the way!

Great clean and comfortable place to stay, close to so many things including great hiking and biking trails. Lovely calm setting, no road noise, hot tub was great, only wish it had a gas grill. Only problem, when you map it on VRBO it shows it on Park Meadows Golf Course not Park City Golf course

This is a newly remodeled condo. Very nice kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms. Nice king size bed in the loft and a Murphy bed in the downstairs living area. The hot tub at the clubhouse is an excellent spot to unwind with a beverage after a long day on the slopes. It's right on the bus route and is even walking distance to park city mountain resort. We would definitely stay again!

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen has all essentials, the beds were comfortable and having two full bathrooms were perfect. The TV even has Netflix! You walk up the driveway to the street and the bus stop is right there to take you to skiing or the grocery store or to main street or where ever you need to go. The location is great! I would definitely rent this condo again. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe have a wardrobe or somewhere for the downstairs guest to place their clothes instead of using the upstairs closet.Other than that, the condo is charming.

No where near as nice--or clean--as the pictures. Pay some extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Kitchen floor was dirty. Stains on the green, decorative pillowcases on the bed(from what I don't know. Yuck!) I don't know about you, but I find a carpeted bathroom to be disgusting and to foster filth(yuck again). There was no open wifi as the check-in instructions suggested. Besides, why should I have to jump a neighbor's wifi? I wouldn't want someone jumping my wifi, even if I was remiss enough to not password protect it. I can't prove it, but I would wager my first child that the sheets on the bed were not fresh. Clean sheets just feel clean...these did not. Directions to the condo were poor.
