Our renovated and modernized 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Silvertown Condo in downtown Park City, Utah offers Guests access to everything with all the comforts of home. The property offers year-round Guests every amenity, upgrade and feature that you could want including a large private balcony, spacious family room with comfortable seating and a fireplace, shared communal hot tub, modern kitchen and bathrooms and 3 proper sized bedrooms. You can easily walk to skiing each day, shopping, elegant dining, Historic Main Street and the Deer Valley Ski Resort. Just two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort, you are in the perfect location for some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world. This rental is perfect for couples, families, reunions, ski trips with friends and anyone looking to visit Park City, as it can accommodate eight (8) people comfortably.

• Beautiful family room with access to your large private deck, fireplace, new living room furniture with a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests, large armoire with Comcast TV and Wi-Fi.

• Open concept living and kitchen area – features a TV, fireplace, mountain décor and comfortable furnishings for lounging with access to a brand-new chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tons of counter space and bar stool seating for four (4) people.

• Gourmet kitchen looks out to the living and entertainment area.

• Master bedroom (1) – king size bed (sleeps 2), large dresser, closet, flat-screen TV, a private balcony (2nd in the condo) and a full en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

• Guest bedroom (2) – queen size bed (sleeps 2) with hardwood bed frame, dresser and closet.

• Guest bedroom (3) – queen size bed (sleeps 2) – a unique feature in a 3 bedroom condo.

• Guest bathroom (2) – features a large shower and bathtub, granite vanity, stainless steel fixtures and opulent lighting.

• Communal hot tub.

• Off street parking lot.

• This condo is only 200 yards from the base of Park City Mountain Resort – the largest ski resort in the United States.

• Bus stop is also situated just outside your unit, so can easily take Park City’s free public transit system to Historic Main Street, Canyons at Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort and downtown to access shopping, restaurants, activities and local events.

The gourmet kitchen looks out to the living area and features a complete range of stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite counters, tons of counter space to cook and entertain and breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four (4) people. An ideal place to cook, relax and entertain friends and family. The appliances include a French-door fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and other small household products. It’s also comes fully equipped with flatware, dishes and cookware. It was just recently renovated with new cabinetry, flooring, counter tops and appliances to create a chef’s kitchen atmosphere and experience.

The living room is equipped with a plush new sofa, fireplace and large armoire with TV and Comcast TV. The modern fireplace is a great place to warm yourself during the winter season and from the living room you can access to one of two private balconies. The living area also has floor to ceiling windows, allowing for lots of natural sunlight to fill the room.

The master bedroom features a brand new king-size bed, private en suite bathroom and a private balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a large closet. Bedroom three features a brand new queen size bed and has a large window for light and large closet and dresser for storage. In the living room you’ll find a sleeper sofa which can sleep 2 more people and has a brand new mattress. Brand new bedding and linens, completely modernized bathrooms, new hardwood flooring and much more, compliment all the bedrooms.

Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

Guests also can enjoy an onsite common hot tub, laundry facilities and access to Park City’s free transit system. Just across the street is a convenience store / market and two blocks away you’ll find an A-Fresh-Market and Starbucks Coffee.

We were 3 colleagues staying for Sundance Film Festival and this condo was in good location and walking distance to many of the film festival locations. However, there were various basic things missing - e.g. there were no coffee cups in the kitchen. Also, the building (especially bathrooms) is not very well renovated and there were loose and broken doors and drawers in the kitchen

Our family was just looking for a relaxing retreat away from home and this hit the spot! The updated finishings made it feel so much more homely than a hotel - it felt very luxurious. The location was within walking distance to just about everything we needed in downtown Park City. Right next to the resorts, down the trail from the big city park, and we didn't even have to walk up any stairs from the parking lot! We are definitely coming back next year, and might even have to make an extra trip happen in the Winter.

It is convenient to all of the fun things to do in Park City and we intend on trying to secure it again this winter for ski season. The Silvertown 3-bedroom condo "Serenity" was a perfect holiday get-away! It is newly remodeled and tastefully done. It includes all the conveniences of home while being surrounded by the very beautiful and picturesque Park City. It is strategically located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of Main Street and just a short distance from the world famous Park City Ski Resort. The condo itself is comfortable and cozy and everything you could want in a mountain resort location. It was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of shopping and sightseeing!

Definitely going back! Beautifully remodeled condo that was perfectly clean and welcoming as we arrived, with all the amenities we needed. This condo is in an IDEAL location!
