This spacious and centrally located Red Pine 2 Bedroom Sun Peak Condo at Canyons Park City has 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, updated appliances, HDTV with entertainment center and amazing amenities including a clubhouse, year-round pools, hot tubs, sauna and fitness center. With five beds (three twins and two queens) our unit offer flexible sleeping for up to seven (7) guests. Located just 300 yards from the base of the Canyons Resort, you are in a perfect location for a summer or winter vacation. Enjoy an open floor plan that provides privacy, multi-level living with a loft, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to Downtown Park City, Utah.

• Full kitchen looks out to the living area – complete with appliances, lots of counter space to cook and entertain and dining table with seating for six (6).

• Guest bedroom (2) – queen size bed (sleeps 2), dresser, mountain views and shared bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (3) – features one twin bed (sleeps 1) and one bunk bed (sleeps 2), dresser and shared bathroom.

• Red Pine Clubhouse features pools (year-round), hot tubs, kiddie pool, tennis courts, sauna and more.

• This condo is only 200 yards from the Cabriolet Lift, which will take you to the base area of Canyons at Park City – the largest ski resort in the United States.

• Bus stop is also situated close to your unit, so can easily take Park City’s free public transit system to Main Street, shopping, restaurants, activities and events.

This multi-level condominium has everything you need and want for an epic ski or summer vacation. The living room features a large living area with plush leather furniture, gas fireplace, a 42” HDTV and a sliding glass door that open up onto a private deck, complete with spectacular mountain views of the Park City area and the brand new Canyons Golf Course. The multi-level living allows Guests, who are sharing the property, to have comfortable common areas for spending time together and privacy when desired. Vaulted ceilings and large windows all around the main living area allows for lots of natural light to fill and warm the room.

There is plenty of room for more than one cook in this kitchen with it being so spacious and bright. The kitchen is both fully-stocked with cookware, flatware & corning ware and updated with new counters, cabinetry & appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and other small household appliances. A proper dining room table is situated just off the kitchen and has seating for six (6).

The first bedroom is located on the main floor and is complete with a full bathroom. It is comfortably equipped with a queen-size bed, quality linens and bedding, dresser, closet and reading chair. The bedroom also features a large window, which gives you stunning views of the area every morning. The first bathroom features an extra long counter with vanity, and a separate, area with new bathtub, shower, stainless steel fixtures and tile.

On the upper floor, you'll find the second bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, comfortable linens and bedding, dresser and great mountain views from the window. Next to the second bedroom is the loft bedroom with one (1) twin bed, one (1) bunk bed that sleeps two and dresser / desk with TV. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath that features a large counter with vanity and a separate area with a shower, bathtub and new fixtures.

Red Pine Condominiums are located just 300 yards from the base of Canyons at Park City. From our condo, you are within walking distance of the free Cabriolet Lift (people mover), which provides quick and convenient access to the largest ski resort in the United States - Park City!

One of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains, Park City offers hundreds of restaurants, shops and activities. Excellent shopping ranging from boutiques to large outlet stores is also available and there are two movie theaters all within minutes of the condo. The Utah Olympic Park is minutes away and is the training facility for Olympic athletes and a great visitors destination in Park City.

If you are looking to ski other great resorts in the area, you can easily take a day trip to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude or Brighton Ski Resort for some adventure. In total there are nine world-class ski resorts within one hour of Park City.

Note: The Red Pine Clubhouse and pools are CLOSED from April 15-Memorial Day, and again from Labor Day through Thanksgiving.

The condo is described as a 2 bedroom with a loft. When we arrived at the place everyone was surprised to find out that the description is definitely a stretch. A better description would be there is one actual bedroom with additional beds spread out throughout the rest of the unit. The upstairs room does not have a door and it is openly connected to the loft area. The place offers zero privacy unless you are in the one bedroom downstairs. Everything is smaller than it appears in the photos and that posed a problem as far as fitting all of our ski equipment. There also is not enough seating for how many people the place will sleep. The biggest issue we had was how open and connected everything is. If one person in your group is an early riser, everyone will be early risers for your stay. If you are looking for a true 2 bedroom, keep looking. We will not be staying at red pine on our next trip to Park City. I hope this review is helpful for someone looking to book.

We were pleased with our stay at this Red Pine condo. It was nothing elaborate or new, but a well furnished ski condo in a good location. The online listing did not mention the washer/dryer combo, so that was a great surprise! We had 6 staying in the unit, so a little more space for ski equipment and 2 additional seats for the kitchen table (additional seats on the patio were covered in snow) would have been nice, but those were minor details. To get to the ski slopes you can walk a couple of minutes to the nearest bus stop to catch the free shuttle to either mountain or walk 8-10 minutes to get to the base of the Canyons cabriolet. No car is needed. We took the free shuttle for groceries, dining out, and to/from PC side of the resort. A 30 minute Uber from SLC airport was ~$45 to drop you off right at the condo.

This location was a perfect match for us and our 5 kids. Located close to the Cabriolet made getting to the base of the mountain quite simple. Everything was as expected. Has requested additional seats at dining room table but had to bring chairs in from the porch for the extra people.

We were staying with a bunch of friends that had condos near by. This one was very clean. Had extra towels. Had a wall unit air conditioner that saved us on the heat. The neighbors did not have it and their condos did not stay cooled off with just plug in fans. We had a good experience. Their was a grumpy neighbor downstairs that was really rude, but did apologize before we left. overall.. like this place. I would stay again.

Stayed at the condo with my dad and brother for a weekend of skiing, and it was perfect! We loved the short downhill walk to the Cabriolet lift in the morning. (We rented our skis from the resort's rental shop, and we were able to leave them with their ski valet overnight - so convenient.) The condo felt large for 3 people, which was great. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, etc. The kitchen is a little dated, but we didn't mind - it made us less afraid to actually use it. The neighborhood heated pool and hot tub were not far away, and the staff there was welcoming. The closest restaurants are at the base at Canyons Village, and many of them are quite pricey. If you prefer to go out, I would suggest making reservations a week or more ahead of time - many of the restaurants both at Canyons Village and in Park City were booked solid when I tried to make a reservation the day-of! Overall, we were very pleased and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
