This elegantly rustic, two-bedroom condominium can accommodate up to six guests is located in the heart of downtown Park City, Utah. The condo boasts a roomy floor plan with high-end elements of natural stone, wood and brick interiors. The private and secluded balcony overlooks the property's swimming pool and views from the bedrooms face the Wasatch Mountains. Experience the feeling of the “Old West” in Park City, Utah in elegant comfort and close proximity to Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Historic Main Street.

Located at the base of Historic Park City Main Street – the heart of the action and excitement in Park City – this roomy 825 square foot condominium is located on the third floor of the lovely Park Station building and offers elevators for convenience and secure entries for safety.

Park Station is a short stroll from the charm of Main Street with gourmet restaurants, theaters, art galleries and boutique shops and only a few steps from the Town Lift, which transports skiers directly to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

Beautifully decorated with classic elements of stone, wood and brick throughout, the condominium offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen with stone back splashes, hardwood floors and granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and full-size oven and stove. A roomy, open dining area, able to accommodate up to six is situated next to the kitchen and within view of the main living area.

After a day of skiing, site-seeing or shopping, relax in condominium’s living room while enjoying a roaring fire in the brick fireplace as you view your favorite program on the 40” flat-screen TV. Or, during the summer, open the sliding glass doors of the living room and venture out to the secluded, tree-lined balcony, overlooking the swimming pool.

The pool and hot tub will be closed October 1st. They will reopen when Park City Mountain Resort opens for the ski season.

The well-appointed, spacious master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is newly renovated with a beautiful, natural stone shower, large maple vanity with a granite countertop.

The sofa in the main living area also converts to a comfortable full-size sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests.

An additional bedroom offers two twin beds, dressers and a large closet with mirrored doors. The second bathroom, large and newly renovated, is located across the hallway from the second bedroom with a convenient layout for guests.

The condominium offers plenty of storage with a linen closet located in the hallway. The condominium also offers a stereo with MP3 player.

Main Street Park Station

The condo we stayed in was great! It is located close to Main Street, so we walked to Main Street for shopping (Park Silly on Sunday) and meals. Park Station is close to Park City Mountain Resort which is where we spent the majority of the time enjoying the summer activities. (I highly recommend the Alpine Slide, zip line, and Alpine coaster.) The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you! There were plenty of towels for 6 girls. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The condo was very cozy! The only concern was the carpet; it was soaking wet in the living room next to the closet. We think it came from the furnace/a.c. unit. I hope it gets fixed. Make sure you print out your parking pass! I thought the parking pass would be in the condo, but it wasn't. It was somewhat inconvenient to go make a copy after we arrived. Luckily, the library was about a half mile down from Park Station to go make a copy of the pass. The swimming pool was great! The hot tub was warm, but the jets were weak. Both the pool and hot tub are really big. I would definitely stay at Park Station again. Thank you!

Very happy to hear that the condo was well-suited to your needs and wants, while on vacation; we continue to add and upgrade all of our properties. Appreciate your feedback on the carpet and leak and it has since been taken care of. The correct parking passes have been in limbo this summer with the HOA, so we've had to email Guest's beforehand with it, as it can change daily. Hope this changes moving forward and we will share your feedback with them. This condo has an excellent location. It is well kept and makes a nice place to come home to after a long day of skiing. The hot tub is wonderful however it is only open from 4PM to 10PM. I was disappointed not to be able to tub in the morning to loosen up for a ski. The sound equipment is outdated and is set up for early model phones so we were unable to use them for Pandora etc. The glasses were not well cleaned and some still had lipstick on them which was a minor irritant. Overall I would recommend staying at this condo.

The best thing about this place is its location. Because it was clean and neat, I gave it two stars, but everything was minimal and we did not feel welcomed. It is rather dark, lights needed even at noon, and lamps with 60 watt bulbs just do not provide enough light for reading comfortably on the couch. Explicit directions for connecting to wi fi would have been appreciated. There was an extra step we were ignorant of and we were very frustrated before talking to the nice person at the lobby desk. There was no listing of TV channels, and it was irritating to have to go through 50-odd channels to find the one you wanted. Even cheap motels provide this! An unworkable blind in the smaller bedroom (mentioned by an earlier renter) needs to be fixed. One small soap per bathroom? Cheesy. One bathroom sink and one shower are plumbed backward....not a deal breaker, but irritating. The two-slice toaster only worked on the outside....if you wanted both sides toasted, you had to flip the bread and toast again. And only one dish towel?? We found a second one in the housekeeping closet with a sign saying "please do not use"! There are not enough dishes. With just six plates, six salad plates and five salad bowls, if this place is filled to capacity, someone must always be washing dishes! No cereal bowls or odd containers. One small cube ice tray? Not enough! Most mornings we found water from the refrigerator on the kitchen floor (also mentioned by an earlier renter). And where was the French door refrigerator?? Last....but certainly not least....a queen-sized blanket DOES.NOT.WORK on a king-sized bed! All these things are so easily...and cheaply....fixed and would be far more welcoming to a renter; it is a shame to pull this condo down by not doing them. As it is, I cannot recommend it.
