Welcome to our mountain-style Hidden Creek condominium with 2 Bedrooms, loft with 4 twin size beds, 2 Bathrooms and located at the base of Canyons Resort. This mountain-style home has been well-maintained and offers Guests an authentic mountain feel with all the modern upgrades. The property offers Guests an advantageous location year-round being just a short distance from Canyon's Cabriolet lift. Guests also enjoy access to the free transit system that can take you anywhere in town - Park City’s Main Street, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort.

Our Home Offers Guests the Following:

• 2 large bedrooms + loft + sleeper sofa can easily accommodate up to 9 guests.

• Our multi-level condo is situated near the base of Canyons at Park City for winters filled with skiing / snowboarding and summers filled with hiking, biking, golf and outdoor adventure.

• Large and open family room with 58" HDTV, entertainment center, comfortable furnishings and windows all around.

• Private balcony with private hot tub, beautiful mountain views and BBQ.

• Full kitchen with update appliances, breakfast bar, lots of cookware and situated next to the dining room - great to entertaining.

Offering accommodations for up to 9 guests, this comfortable and rustic property features two fun, themed bedrooms on the lower level, each with a comfortable king-sized bed, lovely furnishings, large HDTV and DVD player and plenty of closet space. These adjoining bedrooms each contain a private vanity with a single sink. They share a toilet, tub and shower area between them. Two sets of bunk beds and TV/DVD player are located in the loft. A sofa sleeper with a Serta-quality air mattress accommodates two additional guests in the great room.

Also located in the great room are comfortable furnishings, a large-screen 58" HDTV and DVD player, plenty of windows to allow in ample natural light and a wood burning stove to keep guests toasty warm on crisp fall and snowy winter nights. Next to the great room on a mezzanine level, guests can enjoy the privacy of a game room. A second full bathroom is located on the main level.

The full kitchen, also located off the great room, offers breakfast bar seating for three (3) and is conveniently furnished with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining ware, and other small appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats eight (8) guests. This property is a perfect spot for a summer vacation with all the activities nearby and it's is a place that you will want to entertain friends and family.

To make your stay even more comfortable, this property offers you a spacious private deck with a large hot tub and barbecue grill. There is also a laundry room on the condominium’s lower level with washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

Hidden Creek condominiums also feature a clubhouse with two pools (these are seasonal) and hot tub. Enjoy your stay at Hidden Creek condominiums.

Staying at this premium location, means that you will have close access to all of the activities nearby at Canyons and Park City Mountain. We are experienced vacation home renters and this condo ranks near the bottom of our list. The address given is misleading. Google Maps shows 2400 Canyons Resort is just below the main village square and an easy walk to the lifts. We arrived at night to discover an empty lot at the address. After 30 minutes of driving around and waiting on a call back after leaving a message with the answering service, we found the condo on a side road called Cedar Lane. While the location is a comfortable stroll away from the Cabriolet lift in snow boots, it is too far to walk carrying ski gear, so we had to drive to the Cabriolet and park. The condo itself needs some TLC. The loft bunk room has no electrical sockets, yet there is a TV and lamp provided. Coffee table and a shelf in the refrigerator were broken. Front porch light did not work. Heating the unit was a challenge. We had to set the heat at 60 degrees at bedtime so the bunk room would be bearable as its location in the open ceiling structure made it stiflingly hot for sleeping. On the third night we discovered a fan and extension cord in the upstairs closet that made the space comfortable for our kids, but we still had to set the thermostat at 60 on the bottom floor. The ad states that the condo sleeps 9 people, and it does. However, the common area is not large enough to accommodate 9 people during the evening. The small kitchen and living area were very crowded in the evenings with the max capacity. The sofa bed is equipped with an air mattress, which should be an upgrade to most sofa mattresses. After a search, we discovered the air pump in a hidden decorative box, then we found that it was missing a key connecting component, so our ninth guest had to take up couch sleeping old school style. On a positive note, the owners have fitted all of the beds, even the bunk beds, with very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking gear and plenty of extra dishes. The night after a good snow fall, a crew was out early shoveling the walkways. Overall it's a good value for the money, but the lack of transparency and misleading information in the postings left us dissappointed in this place.

Dear Carolyn, Thank you for electing to stay at our Hidden Creek condo near Canyons at Park City and for sharing your experience with us and future Guests. We're pleased to know that the location was good for your ski vacation, the beds were all comfortable, the kitchen well fitted and equipped to entertain in and the overall value of the property for the price was well received. We sincerely apologize that you felt misled by the address and found the property difficult to locate. We haven't experienced this issue in the past and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The address for the Hidden Creek development is technically correct, but it sounds like map apps need to be updated. We have added further details to the check-in instructions - detailed directions - to help future Guests and in reviewing the link we provide for directions from the airport those remain correct. We have addressed all the maintenance issues in the property - fridge, coffee table, porch light, etc. - and again, the mountain facing deck was completely rebuilt in the fall. Wish we had heard from you while you were in town, as we would have liked the opportunity to resolve some of the smaller and simpler items. We did enjoy our stay, but we have some recommendations. One the deck needs to be repaired my kids cut their feet on nails that are sticking up. Two the cleaning crew need to do a better job My kids found cloths, candy and prono graphic cards all over in the loft area. Three the carpets need to be cleaned. All though you say it kids friendly it really is not there is way to much breakable stuff. Also it would have been better if there was not so much furniture everywhere it was very crowded. Also there needs to be something done with finding a way to help keep it cool. It was way to hot and no way to help it cool off at all. Also I called the first day we got there about having 2 cars and the parking pass situation and no body even called me back.

It's a great place for a family or larger group, and the upstairs loft bedroom does look out to the living room, so if you have very early risers in the morning that may not be workable for some. Our stay at hidden creek willow draw was great. The bunk bed area was a little tight. The skiing was phenomenal. The hot tub is a great asset and the condo's maintenance of it all week long was also super. All in all, the flipkey rental was very satisfying and conveniently located.
